No desk. No one at the business address. Windows were blocked off in front and back. Could not reach anyone. I was supposed to check in at a desk but had to use the app which was awful.

Probably need to explain a little better the steps and where to park. Once I finally figured it out I had already locked the truck and dropped the keys before the app wanted to take me through this wild photo taking process. I did my best but I would have liked to accommodate them better

My best UHaul experience!

Day of travel got a call that the storage I had rented was not available Had a truck full of furniture and boxes and had to vacate the house I sold and had to find somewhere to unload in the state I was moving to. The Annapolis U-Haul was horrid Rude and basically nasty just told me to take a inclination control unit The call center was helpful in allowing me to drop off at a different location.

I just used this truck less than 10 miles and returned on right time. However uhaul charged extra because I didn't return the truck. But I confirmed to return the truck on time. It is unacceptable service. I was shocked to take money from my credit card without apology.

NO KEY DROP BOX! - This was not the place I chose to drop off the vehicle. U-Haul changed my drop-off site to this location. When I got there (Saturday afternoon), there was no one there. I called UHaul, and told them there was no drop box for the key. The lady on the phone said there had to be one there. She had us walking all over the place looking for a drop box. Then she said to finish all of the drop off steps on the app and it would tell us where to leave the key. I completed the drop off steps and it showed a photo of a drop box to leave the key. The drop box in the photo was not there. We called back again and got the same lady. She connected us with someone else who in turn contacted the property manager at the location. The property manager said that there was NO drop box and to just lock the keys in the vehicle -which is what we did. We were probably there 45 minutes trying to get this all figured out.

Check engine light went on as I drove away. Roadside service came/checked truck, said safe to drive. Light remained on entire trip. Driver's door difficult to latch closed. Nice, friendly U-haul staff in Elk ridge.

I was on the cold while the contract for s been signed. For reasons that i do not know of, There was no access to the pick up location office.

I got there after 8:00 p.m., after close, and it was very confusing. There was no signage for U-Haul and no night drop instructions anywhere.

I completed a self return of the U-Haul after hours as per the contract but there was no drop box for the key, the contact # on the contract was useless since it was a Saturday, and it took 45 minutes of being on hold on the phone and asking 6 different U-Haul customer service reps where to leave the key before finally being told that I can just leave it under the driver's seat.

The pick up location was very sketchy. It was the last block of a random business center. No one knew anything about the truck. It was scary .
