No one at the location at the scheduled drop off time. Called and they said to just park the trailer in the grass and they would handle everything. Had to contact UHaul multiple times because my rental showed overdue even though it was returned a full day early. Then they tried to charge me for the extra days.

No help from staff. Keybox hard to find attached to a tree.

I decided to use the app and after several minutes searching, I found a drop box attached to a tree to leave keys in.
