Agent at location ensured me that the truck was ready to go and would operate efficiently. This was not the case and it was obvious to me this person was not truthful. . Air conditioner went off and on the whole trip. Every thirty minutes or so the fan would just quit operating making the cab of the truck very warm. It would then cool it off a bit and then the process would repeat itself. Traveling such a long distance through states with very warm temperatures was not ideal. Also, noticed the oil gauge kept falling on the low side. Praise God I did not encounter a problem with that. All and all I made it home safe but this rental was not the best experience. Thank you.

BRIAN FIf you were told a price in a written contract and you have proof of everything written, dont change it up because your system decides to act up. I was inconvenienced by having to drive to get my contract, later than 9pm because your company didn't have the contract. I was told (threatened) that I was in possession of a 20 ft truck that I didn't have a contract for. Meanwhile, you took the money out of my account. Then I asked to keep the truck for 2 more days and Brandon tells me, that it's over $200 that I'll be charged. My contract said $40 for each extra day. I have been a customer of U-Haul for years and never dealt with this BS until today. Then to get charged for an extra day when your damn app said return at 5:20pm and it was returned st 5:17pm. Not at the place I was supposed to turn it to, a place that was a good ways away. Another damn inconvenience. I didn't use no where near the mileage I paid for with no reimbursement. It wasn't a miscommunication, it was y'all overbooking U-Hauls and dogging out the person or persons who rented it first. You guys were wrong. Just because your system was down and we had to wait for over an hour for you to honor my reservation. I dont give a frog's fat ass what you could have charged. I never asked for a discount. I asked for a price then agreed to it. YOU DID NOT HONOR IT.
