Ranjit RFirst of all, the dolly I ordered was not available or in the truck. Now I find out the location on oleander drive charge me for 2 days when I had it less than 8 hours. I find this to be completely unethical if not criminal. I'd appreciate a call back at 719-221-8700
David SI was returning the truck and it was due at 6:30 on 9/27/24,I was there on time and I went to turn the truck in and the person behind the counter was working the store and putting the info in and it took him about 15 minutes so I got charged another day for being late! I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income and can’t afford that!

GINA hI could not get in touch with this location. And I called during several different times of the day. Since we dropped off after hours, I would’ve liked to been answered the next morning to confirm everything was sorted out. The person working at the gas station had no idea if we were in the right spot/what to do with the keys. Since people are dropping off very expensive vehicles/equipment and potentially owing a lot of money, the employees/UHaul representative for the location need to be more responsive/know what is going on.
Jade Bthe condition of the cab was so poor, i had to take it to a cleaner before i would consider driving it. further, there was dirt and left over materials in the truck itself. very poor
Jeffrey lChose online to do a counter pick up but couldn't do that when arrived and had to redo everything through the clerk's phone. Was supposed to have furniture covers but they were not in the truck.
Rachel BThe pickup and drop off location is not very safe (especially for college kids) and we had the most horrible experience with the truck it seemed to be brand new but the A/C was broke and it was 92 degrees outside which made our moved miserable here at the beach. I’ve always used Uhaul for all my needs but unsure if we will use it again the the future as we have a move coming up soon :(
RACHEAL MI have no further comment on the pick up Location but when it comes through the drop off, I did all the work. This was transfer of effort in a classic form me the customer did everything to process the truck for you and your next customers. You should be paying me. This was highly annoying took a half hour And was not my responsibility. This will make me think twice about using U-Haul again. I suppose you think that your customers aren’t aware of transfer of effort and the phrase “ Just get the app.” All of that is not as simple as saying it talk as cheap, but like I said, you are over, automated and extreme violators of transfer of effort.
john kPickup process not smooth. Key boxes difficult to open by employee. Locks were difficult to open. Owner should replace with something new and weather resistant. There were ashes in the ash tray from previous rental. Windows dirty. Location did not provide shipping blankets as reserved
