Luckily, there was a very helpful man at the location when I went to pick up my reserved 10' truck. The man called the owner, who took the day off for her birthday. She was unaware of my order and told me she couldn't help me, and said she didn't have a 10' truck, the one that was sitting in the parking lot. The man at the location called a district representative, who authorized him to give me the truck, though the computer system was down. Based on the owner's attitude, I would never go back.

SOPHIA FCab was vacuumed but not wiped down. The cargo area was not clean, covered with sand and dirt, shards of glass, also found a garden lizard and large cockroach walking around. The ramp was full of sand had to sweep it all down prior to loading belongings. Also the directions from Google Maps were slightly confusing instead of directing to the location it was directing to a construction site down the street, need to call them up and fix the location issue
