My first experience and it was awesome made for such a easy move!!!! And got upgraded to a bigger truck for free and glad it happened only had to make one trip!!!!

I was contacted the day after picking this item up. I was asked when I was returning it, even though I still had three more days to move with the truck. This is very unprofessional and uncalled for. I paid for my time and I shouldn’t be bothered while moving.

We had a reservation set up 2 weeks before we needed the truck. The day before we were to get the truck we get a call there is no truck and UHaul was unsure when they would have a truck. Because we had a tight schedule we had to drive 140 miles to get a truck so we could stay in our schedule for the move. Very inconvenient when we did our part and pre-register

This guy took his job way too seriously. I accidentally left the padlock keys at the location I was staying 2 miles away and told him I was so sorry and would run home and get them and he treated me like I must’ve left a dead body inside. He was argumentative when I told him my email didn’t specify a drop off time, just the day. Was not friendly. Welcome to a new town not off to a good start.

Had a wonderful experience, the light connector on our car was dirtier then we realized and he went above and beyond to clean it up and get it working. Will definitely be coming back to this U-Haul location again!
