Additionally the dropoff point was changed without my concurrence.This created issues for me and was unsatisfactory. The local dealer was excellent !

Penny Hwas charged 2 days instead of 1, was told we had 24 hours. Uhaul had ABS and traction control maintenance lights on.
ARNOLD DI picked up my vehicle in Mukwonago. It was a Very easy and the owners were really friendly. I dropped off my vehicle at 4100 Fullerton.. Again, this process was very easy and the employees were very friendly, efficient and you can tell that cared about their job I rented a U-Haul trailer to take my son back to college. There was a lot on our minds and a lot of stress but you all made this process so easy. This is a great company. I appreciate you all

Patrick MU haul was a pain in my butt to order online and then call us at 7:02pm the night before when we needed the u haul for a full move out and we had to drive an a hour to go get it when we were already stressed enough about getting things moved. The lady at U haul was so rude and said that was the only location that had a u haul available so we were just screwed over so we had to go get it at this location nothing else was available. She didn't offer any discounts or anything they didn't seem to care about the customer at all. Also, we ordered this U haul a week early so the location that we chosen had enough time to get a truck there or call us a lot sooner to get this issue fixed to a closer U haul location. I was beyond frustrated. When we arrived to pick up the u haul the lady was understanding and was so nice about it. Great customer service and made sure we were all set with everything that we needed.

Rosalina RThe place I picked up the trailer from very nice. I reserved an enclosed trailer to go one way as it was a 3 hour trip. Not only was in not enclosed but they did not have any one way. So I had to drive 6 hours extra round trip to drop off the trailer.

rose dOur son was moving from Wisconsin to Idaho. When we were unloading the trailer, we discovered the trailer hitch had not been secured. As we moved the last of the load to the rear of the trailer, the tongue came off the ball. It's a miracle that it never came loose while he was traveling.

HAROLD YI never give a 5/ 10 star for anything. They thought were renting moving blankets & other stuff. That was not what we ordered/ Reserved. Overall it was Good.
Layne LIm glad Horn Feeds Inc. now rents out U-Hauls! It's right near where I live.
Ryan SThe Location had an additional lock on the back of the truck that was not part of the 24/7 rental option. There was a local farmer that was able to find a piece of paper inside the office that had the code. Otherwise we would not have been able to use the truck. We also ordered a dozen furniture pads and only had one bag of them that said 6 but only had 5 inside. There was also a dolly in the truck tied up and it ended up taking up valuable space as we did not want it and were not going to use it. We also had several issues with the app and the 24/7 process. We never got to confirm that furniture pads were in the back or the mileage and fuel level of the truck. We also did not like that we had to call 2 different people to confirm we were trying to rent a truck. It took over an hour to start the rental process which could have been valuable rental time.
