Truck availability. I couldn't get the truck I needed then the truck I got didn't come with a ramp. The lady on the phone was pushy with her insurances. Accept no as an answer and move on please. I'd rather you tell me hey the truck your getting doesn't have a ramp.Andrew K.

The customer care that calls to set everything up totally sucks. They NEVER give you the location you choose. Why offer, if not every single time you send mr to another location. I have rented numerous times and it always works out the same. Last trip was told location 5 miles away. It was 25 min away a-lot more then 5 miles.Francis K.

No one was on site. The website to check in crashed 8 times and would not allow me to return the trailer. The customer service hotline had a 30-minute wait. The return process was way too cumbersome and took too much of my personal time. I doubt I will use this service again.James L.
The trailer was very squeaky all the time. On way home it developed a clackity-clack sound that I could not figure out what was causing it. Also, a tie down inside the trailer was broken.Christopher H.

Store wasn't opened at 3:55. Spent 2 hours trying to straighten everything out. When I was able to get a hold of vehicle, my charges had jumped to $300 from $179 because they changed the return date. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.John K.

Make sure you have all the equipment before the person starts their move. I was short moving pads. I was not about to return to the facility to get the rest. I had to use my own blankets to make up the shortage, then I was charged extra for the shortage.Charles M.

PERFECT!!!! My experience couldn't have been better! When I arrived, the van was running and ready! It was a brand new van with only 140 miles on it. The process was quick and easy and we were on our way. When we returned the vehicle, same thing... signed a paper and off we went. My only idea not a complaint just idea. This location needs a lighted open sign above the door. The non lighted paper sign was blocked by a vehicle in the parking area and the first time I drove by the lights werent on and it looked closed from the road. If the sign was above the door you could see that they're open more easily. Otherwise the experience was seamless and excellent.john L.
