The Truck I picked up still had trash from another customer in it, which made me worried it hadn't been sanitized. Not a lot of trash, just a couple candy wrappers in the cupholders.Charles M.

The location was great, the Hosmer Storage (CubeSmart) people saved me from Uhaul. Last summer I rented a Uhaul and when I showed up and my truck wasn't even there. I was selling my house and had to be out that weekend so had to take drastic measures to get help elsewhere. I promised myself I would avoid Uhaul at all costs from then on. Then this recent rental (my boyfriend convinced me to give it another try) caused more aggravation because the remote check-in couldn't authorize because they did not tell me they were actually going to call the alternate numbers there on the spot and none of my people answered so I was unable to remotely check in. After sitting in a parking lot for about 45 minutes, on hold for 20 minutes or more with Uhaul, and already having been transferred once to someone who couldn't help me after all, the manager of the storage facility arrived to work and was able to contact his local Uhaul connections so I could get the code for my key box. Uhaul is 2 for 2 on giving me major anxiety. Um, as if moving isn't bad enough for people.amy C.
I was sent there by another Uhaul facility and when I got there the guy working had no idea I was even coming. Luckily there was a truck available but it took forever to set it up for rental. Then after I got the keys I had to sit and wait for the truck to heat up and there wasn't any way for me to clean the snow off of the window. The guy working said they didn't have a snow removal tool. My mirrors weren't adjusted and I wasn't offered any help doing so. This was my first time driving a truck.Micalah B.
I was able to drop off my truck after hours, which was incredibly convenient for me. That experience was a little tricky because it involved an online process from the location parking lot. My one advise is to make sure you don't put your keys in the drop box before doing that online check out because you'll need them.Bridget H.

Did NOT receive 24 moving blankets as pre ordered. The VERY nice lady in charge checked all truck and came up with 6 and made phone calls to other locations for me. Lovely lady in the office...disappointed but survived. Also...took pictures of some of the dings and scratches...she said NOT necessary...looking for BIG damage...made me nervous and I took pictures. but on check in all was well. Gas tank was lower than what the agreement indicated, I didn't notice until I got home with the truck to start loading. Also I had to stand around and wait to be waited on by the 1 person working. Uhaul charged me for 30 extra miles which tells me they calculated the point to point mileage wrong. Never using Uhaul again.David A.

I was routed to a facility that did not have a furniture dolly which the lady said she had told Uhaul before they did not carry them. I also was shorted by 3 furniture pads. There needs to be better signage as to the Uhaul facility I had a hard time finding the place.Jeff F.

The use of the vehicle and customer service at the location was fine however I requested a different location and was never informed of the switch. I received no email or phone call and this could have cost us a great deal of money due to the time it took to change locations. Horrible customer service in not informing me of the change!Amy M.

The location has no tools to assist with hooking up a trailer. Unbelievable, that there was not a hammer on site. I had to drive to a nearby business to assist me. I have never seen such a lack of assistance.christine M.

The woman who helped us was fantastic. She helped us add miles for cheaper so we could make an out-of-town stop to pick up a couch, and found a super close drop-off location so we didn't have to drive 40 miles back. She even backed the truck out of a tight spot and into the road for us. She was super friendly, and made a very stressful day much better.Michael I.
