The truck was not the one I originally reserved. The truck at this location I was told to go get did not run good and was twice the size. Then Inhad to go to another location and get another truck that was 30 min out of my way again. Then when I got to Glenwood location she did not know how to transfer me the truck so she sent me without any paperwork the whole ordeal was a mess
