J'aurais aimé qu'il soit indiqué que l'essence est à nos frais. Ceci m'aurait permis de mieux estimer ma location.
PIERRE LCup holders were dirty ffull of orange juice. it should have been clean when rent the vehicle. But was still really satisfied
sylvain bWas a run down hotel and the reception was doing both jobs. The U-Haul number didn’t get answered at all but if you went the hotel option they would answer. The hotel/uhaul employee was easy to deal with.
Rick OMy first trailer was full of water, but she promptly got me an other one, neither were swept but I received quality customer service. I would do business again
Frederique OTreat the uHaul client like the Hotel client and take time needed completing a contract, I had to call many times and it is the second time I have problem because one employee there seems to neglect the uHaul demand

Andreanne CLui fournir les équipement qu’il a reservé. L’employé a loué le diable que j’avais reservé a quelqu’un d’autre. J’ai dû aller m’en acheter un pour descendre mes électroménager. Une belle facture de 350$. Quand j’ai appeler pour lui dite que je n’avais pas de diable, il m’a dit de m’arranger que c’etait pas son problème. Service a la clientèle médiocre. Le toit du camion avait une fuite. J’ai plein de boîtes qui étaient détrempées. Je n’ai vraiment pas aimé mon expérience.

MOHAMED TI was overcharged for fuel even though i filled over what was mentionned at the counter. The truck had no A/C and the engine would heat the whole inside so much it was unbearable. The transmission is in terrible condition. The storage was in not swept clean and it was obvious. There were fries on the floor from the previous person. Terrible experience through and through. Would never recommend U-Haul at all.

Alex JLors de ma première commande, ils m'avait chargé des kilométrage que je jugeais incorrect en plus du carburant. J'ai fait une requête et j'ai été remboursé. Pour cette deuxième commande tout était correct.
Martin TLe personnel que j'ai rencontré à l'accueil est super. Cet employé permet que la boîte ne coule pas. Problemes : remorque recuperer par quelqu'un d'autre, prélèvement sur mon compte alors que je n'ai pas la remorque, centre d'aide très difficile à joindre, remorque différente que celle que j'ai commandé. Si je n'avais pas persévérer (2h au telephone), U-Haul m'aurait prélever 150$ pour une remorque qu'ils avaient déjà donner à quelqu'un d'autre.
Mathilde BReservation was for Sherbrooke QC made 2 months in advance. Nothing available and had to drive 100 KM to get vehicle. Only bright spot was friendly people in Victoriaville QC, a brand new truck with only 2200 miles on it and a discount on rental which paid for 3/4 of gas. It worked out in the end.

Ghyslaine LMultiple errors on my order. Pickup scheduled at 11:30 AM, arrived at 11:00AM and I was only able to leave with the truck at 12:50. Odometer was not accurate, price was not accurate, gas left in the truck was not matching the contract, everything was messed up. I ended up paying for more miles than what I demanded.

Jose MThe truck ,I Rent wasn’t full like it suppose too! So that cost me 39,, 02 $ for 5,800 gallon for 33,5 miles. That was the only big negatif point!

Antonello DFirst off, the guy never checked my license or validated that the person whose license was used was actually with me, (Which she was) The equipment is in a very tight spot for loading and unloading trailers. And the service offered by the gentlemen there was horrible.

Stephane MAs for costumer service its terrible we were charged 2x the price as we were told on the phone had to pay it anyways because we had to leave they said they would check the recordings and get back to us in 48hours its been a week and a half now and noone has even looked in to it where we picked up the uhaul and droped off very nice and clean but theres no question here about costumer service cuz in that department it was terrible

Josee HGood customer service. The man gave me exactly what I needed and I guess it was lucky for us since we didn’t made any reservations nor called before heading there. I would recommend it. Everything went well and the equipment was good.
Julie BReceiving a truck with a full tank would be nice, such an inconvenience to have to go fill up when you need to get on your way and having g a cleaned truck would be nice.

Benissa OJ'ai fait ma réservation en ligne a l'avance, il y avait une garantie de réservation, mais a mon arrivé, il n'y avait pas de camion de 20Pi alors j'ai du prendre un de 15Pi. malgré votre politique de 50$ j'ai payé l'entièreté de la réservation et je dois présentement appeler a vos bureau pour avoir mon remboursement de 50$. cela fait 3 fois j'appele, 2 fois qu'on me dit que le remboursement sera fait et une fois ou on ma simplement raccroché la ligne au nez. vous offrez un très mauvais service et jatten toujours mon 50$ de garantie.voici mon reference id pour le remboursement : 4570553

Yves DI requested to rent the truck with the cart or devil, but when I arrived at the moving site the cart was not there, and they still charged me for the rent.

Christian RJ’ai rien à dire sur le véhicule loué mais pour la facturation par exemple je ne suis pas du tout satisfaite. On a prélevé 113$ sur une carte de crédit, montant qui avait été préalablement payer par carte débit. J’attends d’ailleurs encore mon remboursement.
Nancy PJuste le fait que le dépôt que j'ai dû verser ne me sois pas remis immédiatement au retour de la location . Je suis supposée recevoir un chèque 🤷🏼♀️, j'espère bien le recevoir 😬
