I reserved the 10’ truck with a utility dolly add-on. Since the location was closed I had completed the check out via the app. The utility dolly was missing and the gas tank was on E with the indicator light on as well. This created such a headache as we were on a time crunch and had to scavenge for a dolly. The company did allocate a gas credit/refund but as a neighborhood dealer, it shows that the truck was not inspected properly upon return or readied for the next checkout.
