I never received a return receipt. The worker said it would be emailed to me and it wasn't. Can you send me a receipt of return?

I requested 1 pack of blankets, I had to draving to find some at another location and lucky it was open and they had Blankets was very upset as they were ordered with trailer and should not had to go find some somewhere else, glad I was able too

Dennis DMake the 'payment hold' price break down clearer. . I called (Wed) and was told the daily rental rate was $44. Then at pick up (Thur) was told $106. Returned the equipment (Thur) within 12 hour window. Called rental location Fri AM prior to 24 hour window to confirm equipment return. I was told at that time the final bill ended up $52?Although, this morning (Sat) my debit card still shows a pending charge of $106.
william nFirst off, they tried telling me the tank was full before i rented it. It was below 3/4. I rented the unit for 2 days at 20 per day. Plus 50 miles at 1.00 per mile. Yet they tried charging me 180 dollars in total. Basically double what was agreed upon. They were rude and acted like i was inconveniencing them for wanting to rent the truck. I recommend not going to the Houlton road location unless you want to be lied to and overcharged. If i could give them negative stars they would get -1000★

Theodore JThis location is new to the u haul rental and filled out the paperwork wrong. This made the one way return difficult. Safety brake strap were broken. She was very prompt in returning our calls though.
RANDY CWhen renting a uhaul it would be great if when you are making the reservations that either you are only allowed to see what is in inventory at the location or if uhaul changes the location you only have to pay for miles from where you were renting from. So I rented a van from one location got a phone call for another location adding about 10 extra miles to my trip. I know for this trip it was only 10 extra miles but each more adds up.
