Rebecca OTrash & empty water bottles and chocolate milk bottle left in cab. Had to blow out debris from truck bed. Just a quick vehicle check to ensure it is cleaned out would be good idea.
John MThis location has a large lot on both sides of the building, with many vehicles parked haphazardly. There was no indication of where on the lot to park the truck, and when I eventually found other trucks behind the building, there was no room to park alongside them. The key drop was neither clearly marked nor anywhere near the location of where the trucks were parked on the lot. If you’re going to continue to offer 24x7 return, please consider offering some drop off instructions/detail! I chose Truck Share 24/7, so I did not interact with any personnel at this location, which was closed at the time of return.

Hunt KTrailer was located out back in muddy grass. When I dropped it off they told me to leave it out back and never bothered to check it in then and there. Even after asking multiple times they said they would check it in when they got to it and not to worry about it. Got a call a few days later that they never checked it in. I made sure to ask and even went back in and they said to just go. Not a big uhaul equipment problem just a customer service problem at this location.
Kyle MI will not use UHaul ever again and would certainly never recommend them.
Chris MMaybe some directions for the really long tow chains. Never seen chains that long on a trailer and didn’t know what to do with them. But the owner of the place came out and hooked it up so all was good.

PAULA CLocation and owner were great but the woman at the help desk was rude insulting and told me it wasn't her problem because it wasn't her department. I will NEVER use Uhaul again because of her terrible attitude and how she spoke to me.

ALLEN SI was planning to come in this and rate this a 1 star experience, not because of the location of pick up. But for U-Haul as a whole. I 100% would recommend using Housers as a pickup and drop off location. But i would not recommend anyone ever using U-Haul again. I originally booked my trailer 4 weeks in advance to be sure i would have this trailer. I went to pick it up and U-Haul had double booked me and the trailer i had reserved was not available, after their super slow system would load, we found another trailer about a mile away from my original pickup location, i go to get this trailer, only to be told that i could not take it because i wouldn’t have it returned in time for another reservation the next day. So i go home i call 12 different places in a 40 mile radius to find housers, where they were super helpful and told me that they had one for me that day. They literally saved the day after U-Haul screwed me over. So this rating is a 5 star for housers and a 1 star for U-Haul.
CHARLES HThe people at Housers Family Auto Center were excellent. My problem was with UHAUL!!! I reserved a truck and was then given a van. I signed up for mobile check in and when I got there the uhaul website said I didn't have a reservation. Then after speaking with customer service it suddenly appeared but was told I had to wait until the establishment opened up to get my van. Everything I was told by Uhaul was a lie!!!

Sheldon OI gave the pickup location a “yes” on maintaining the truck but the drivers door did not close completely, no matter how hard you pulled it closed. It stayed closed while I used it, but in an accident, who knows?
Raymond KI was charged for two dollies that were not in the truck. Other than that, truck was fine. The mobile checkout process could use some upgrades regarding speed though.

judy hIt took me a long time to find the location where I was dropping the trailer. There were no signs on the building and no uhaul equipment in the yard. They wanted me to park the trailer behind the building. I had to tow the trailer in between a number of cars to get to the area they wanted it parked. They did not help me in any way by moving cars or by helping to unhitch the trailer. Would not recommend this location for anyone renting uhaul equipment.

Bruce AThe people at the pick up location were very good. BUT I made the reservation almost 2 weeks ago!!! On Monday, July 22, I received a text telling me that the pick up site was changed to Norristown, PA. It is an hour plus drive from where I requested to pick up the trailer!!!! I called your customer service and spoke to them. They made another reservation. When I received the text it said I was to pick up in Fremont, CA!!!!!! I live in Delaware and have to move some items from my daughter’s in Kennett Square, PA. I called your customer service center again. Later the evening I received a text telling me to pick up I. Nottingham, PA. Still some distance from Kennett Square, PA. It has been a terrible experience dealing with U-Hual! Why have people make reservations on line if all you do is change the pick location on them and the drop off location!!!! If Penske rented trailed that’s who I would use!!!

Michael GThe truck was returned after closing hours on Saturday and the keys left in the drop box. On Tuesday, I received an email that the truck had not been returned. I drove to the facility and the representative said that U-Haul was not supposed to have drops at the location unless it was a mobile drop. He stated there was no way to know that a vehicle was left. When you walked out the front door and looked to the right, the vehicle was parked in the opposite direction as the other vehicles on the lot. I wasted my time to return the vehicle on time and then having to follow-up because the obvious was ignored.
