I waited several minutes for someone to assist me. I was given no sufficient place to park and the communication was sub par. Difficult location to find, would not recommend at all. I was charged for after hours fee when I waited for an hour to be serviced when I chose mobile check in. Very unprofessional. The truck itself was dirty on the inside. Cup holders were broken. When shifting gears the vehicle shakes uncontrollably.

Well as an avid Uhaul renter 2-3 time a month or even more, I find that this location was just what I needed since it was walking distance from me and probably the most convenient pickup place in entire Houston , however it comes with a little less desirable settings since maybe average American family with moving boxes needs will not be happy about this place since it doesn’t offer full UHaul services.The boxes, tools etc… and the location since its juts an open are that is gated and has dirt pavement. The office staff was great and entire rental process was amazing. I will definitely use the place again and again I found my favorite location now.Please put a sign that says office is cross the street it will help a lot .

Clean the windows - could hardly see out. Had to do it myself. Strips of scotch tape on the inside from previous customer, probably to hold up glare panel, obstructed my vision and made night driving challenging. Windshield wipers were shot and just smeared the view. Not pleased. People who checked out the truck were professional and competent, no problem there.

The trucks weren't stored on-site, but in an unguarded gravel lot with many broken down cars in a very bad part of town. When I got to the lot, there was a junkyard dog who was acting semi-territorial around the trucks, and I nearly felt too afraid to attempt reaching the truck. It growled at me a few times, and while it never attacked me, the situation could have potentially been dangerous/deadly. The inside of the cargo area had trash, as did the cabin. The truck felt in poor condition compared to other 15 foot uhauls I've rented. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anybody.

Bad location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Trailer had trash and debris in it, probably from Hurricane Beryl that had come through on Monday. No worries.

For this location, I'd suggest that yall fix the entrance for the Truck Parking Lot. It is very dangerous on rainy days, its very slippery for all cars and trucks. Dangerous for the incoming cars on the road. It can cause accidents. Tell the guys at the counter to give more deatil directions on where the Orange box for the keys is. Make a bigger and better sign that directs people to where the actual counter people is at. To where the 'office for rental' is. Post more pictures of the place in Google Maps.

Not charge 2 gallons of gasoline ($9) when I returned the truck with the exact amount of gasoline when I picked up the U-Haul.

Clean the vehicle. Windshield filthy, couldn’t see when driving into the setting sun. Interior still had all of last renter’s trash and floor mats sticky and filled with dirt. Cargo area not swept and full of miscellaneous hardware, ball bearings everywhere along with leaves & grass clippings.

None of the items requested were received.( 3 dollys, fruniture pads)Fruniture was damaged due to lake of materials which made move longer and fruniture was full of dirt. Agent was was totally confused when activating service , started and hr and a half late. A homeless mab who spoke no English is who tried to help us.. you guys really sucked

Customer service wasn’t good. The gentleman that was helping me was always on the phone with his wife. Felt to me he didn’t really wanna help at all. Plus you don’t even know where the uhual building is, my self and someone else both went to wrong location. There’s no signs, it just said auto nation on the front.

This is the worse location I have used. I paid for a dolly which I did not receive. I was also charge extra $70 for gas and fee after I put $25 gas back in the truck. These people are money hungry scammers. I will never use you guys service again nor recommend to anyone.

The location of the facility is inconvenient to a customer. The office is across the street from the trucks which causes an issue with safety. Another issue with location is the struggle of getting out of the gate on a street that is extremely busy & difficult for big trucks to exit. The equipment requested was not given due to there lack of. Blankets were not guaranteed but were given 5 blankets & instead of 6. When truck was returned back to location, the man assisting outside demanded $10 dollars for the use of blankets, which on the website states, 6 blankets = $5, & I didn't even get the full amount of blankets. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone but if you absolutely have to, by all means.

They overcharged me!! Charged me for two days when I returned the truck same day, they charged me for utility furniture dollies and furnitures pads even when they did not put those item in the truck. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Now I will have to spend more time over the phone to get my money back instead of enjoying my rental experience. No good!!!
