I think it is a Uhaul problem, the trailer had issues that were not easy to diagnose, so I do not think they could have done anything.

We arrived at our 1000 appointment time, the owner was away and it took 15 minutes for him to arrive. We spoke through a Ring doorbell, very professional. I had a dolly included with my rental but truck nor location had a dolly so I had to drive to a different Uhaul to pickup a dolly. Lastly, the gas was well below the empty Empty level and when I pointed it out, the owner said he hopped I had enough gas to make it to a gas station. Definitely not the way I wanted to start may day before my 400 mile journey North. I recommend you cease service with this location.

They told me to leave the key in the drop box and did not assist in closing the reservation until Tuesday (4 days after i dropped off the vehicle) and would not answer the phone when i called for help.

How High Hydraulics is a fantastic establishment and very accommodating. I'll highly recommend them as a U-Haul provider and as a local business. It was a great experience. Fast, friendly, easy.

A little confusing at first because the U-Haul sign was difficult to see, but the owner was polite and professional.

Originally I rated the uhaul as clean until we got into the passenger side of the uhaul. It had dog hair all over the passenger side seats and floor board of the uhaul. There was also a dirty tooth pick in the cup holder. Scrathes on the driver side door. Like there was a dog paws (nails) scratching the side of the door near the window.

I love this location and this family. They are professional and friendly. I will totally recommend them and rent from them again. Gypsie Rose and Misty Blue are the best and we love them!
