The location was not the problem. UHAUL online was. According to the people at the location, the store is open until 10 pm, not 6 pm. This would have made pick-up way easier instead of taking an hour to do it on my own via my phone. I did not have the utility dolly that I had paid for. It was not in the truck. This made it extremely difficult to move. Because of this, I will not be recommending UHaul for truck rentals.

Mayen OThe location had limited supplies, didn’t see the equipment /supplies I reserved, and then didn’t know how to remove from my order the supplies that they didn’t have that (a furniture dolly and 2 hand trucks). I felt unsure about if I would be overcharged for supplies I didn’t receive and they told me to basically call U-Haul afterwards if I was overcharged. I lacked confidence in their ability to really help me. They were nice but there is a level of competence that is needed. When checking in the truck, the other guy couldn’t figure some of the prompts and kept getting an error message. Again, I don’t know if it was charged properly due to their knowledge. They were friendly though.

Deborah Wcouldn’t have been worse. from not checking me out correctly but telling me all was well and handing me the keys… to over charging me at the end and not understanding how to correct it, or that there was even a problem at all. staff at u-haul corporate was mostly terrible too. i lost track of counting the number of untruths that were told to me in a short 12 hour window. mind boggling. i don’t understand how a company exists with this poor quality control and complete lack of customer experience. just wow.
Joshua SThe Uhual app always shuts down unexpectedly. I was unable to get my lock combination to get the key for the truck. It took over an hour to get assistance after that all while still being charged time for having the truck.
MICHAEL EThe only negative is that it was a bit confusing where the trucks were parked and where the office was, clear across the parking lot in the shopping center. I thought since there was an Exxon right there that that was where I was supposed to go. I was told suite 103 but it didn't register. Not convenient, but it worked out. I always use U-Haul, and will continue to do so as I've never had an issue with your trucks and services.
Wendy LIt says it’s a 24 hr drop off spot but when you want to self check out it doesn’t pop up. Called customer service said if it was open go into it (it’s like and outlet market) a little tricky and that they would take care of everything. Was sort of the case a little tricky but it worked out
