It was horrible, no sign no nothing, the building had orange fencing around it so it looks like it’s condemned. Calling uhaul did not help!!

The parking lot was under construction and when we drove by the property was wrapped in snow fence. It didn’t even look like we could get into the property and we could not see an address number on the building. I called customer service for assistance twice and no one could help me identify the building, or give me any kind of descriptor of what to look for. There was no heads up that “This location may be under construction” and the signage that indicated that it was a UHaul return location was tucked around behind the building and not visible from the street. We spent over an hour trying to determine if we were doing it correctly. The customer service team was polite and did everything to be helpful, but I don’t think you as a company provide them with relevant information to actually assist in situations like this. I would recommend that you as a company maintain photos of the locations for drop off - even if they are an independent location, for me I am using U-Haul and your name is the name I think of. All personnel I spoke with were fantastic, but the drop off experience was very difficult and we lost over an hour of time during moving trying to make sure we did things correctly.

john bBoth google maps and apple maps do not take you to this location. we had to drive around to find it. This cost us 45 minutes of moving time. Place is unmanned. We were approached twice to give people money.

It took over 45 min on the phone with different people to get the issue sorted out. The U-Haul was also left with no gas and none of the extra add ons I paid for

Ehsan Hthe online check in was a bit tricky as I was standing in the parking lot... but after that it was so smooth. Truck was clean... the AC was rocking!!! Suprisingly easy to drive and manuver. A bit expensive when all was siad and done to just pick up a single piece of furniture for 2 hours... but all was well with my experience.
Lesley RIt was a parking lot of a closed bank. It was very convenient from a geographical perspective, as it was 10 minutes from my new home (UHaul originally tried to make me return the truck all the way over on the other side of town…more than an hour away). But there was no office, no staff. I had to use the aforementioned crappy app to check out, and it kept having problems uploading photos of the vehicle. I have a modern, current iPhone, so I know it wasn’t me having the problems. If your app can’t function well in stormy conditions (it was very windy) then you need to rethink forcing your customers to use it.
