Make sure it's clean and deodorizer. Dog hair all over the seats and stunk inside. Smelt like a cattle truck. Said something to Larry and all he said was "Sorry". If I didn't need it so quickly, I would have refused. I unfortunately was stuck for the use at the time.

I had to call in to U-haul to tell them that I was dropping my truck off a day early. I tried to get a partial refund from the place where I rented and returned, but the person there was very nasty on the phone. This is a small town and generally I avoid this business except for the two times that I have needed a rental and moving/packing supplies.

The business was closed, but I was able to return the equipment without any issues. There was plenty of space to park the equipment and secure it. I had a little trouble finding the drop box for the key, but overall, my experience went well.

The salesman was a huge help. Took care of me completely throughout the process and was very helpful by showing me everything and helping me load the car on the trailer. Helped me hook the lights up and all. I will certainly rent from Howard's again.

While moving the vehicle the straps for the car hauler broke and my vehicle went forward and off the hauler. I had to pay $90 to have an employee of J&J Auto & Muffler come down and use jacks and wood to get the vehicle up high enough to move the trailer forward for the vehicle to be back on the trailer. We were blocking a turn lane so a police officer stopped to direct traffic. All could have been avoided if the straps were inspected before renting the trailer or upon each return of the trailer. I incurred extra expense, embarrassment and was late to make a last vet check on a dog for school.

I lived in Brownsburg and originally used the 24/7 app to reserve a unit in Brownsburg. The system 100% failed. Fortunately I contacted Howards Lawn in Lebanon and they came through with immediate service. Great equipment!! Thank you

When I was given the uhaul I was told it would be on the 7/8 full. It was only 3/4 full, I took a photo of the has tank before driving for reference. I filled it back up to 3/4 full and was going to be charge $30 more for not filling it up to 7/8. I had no way of showing the before photo, but was not happy to be charge the $30 for not filling the tank up. When I had actually filled it up.
