ANGEL EThe dolly was not included and the truck was dirty all the way up the the front outside. I muck didn't matter necessarily, but the nonexistent dolly we ordered did. I believe they were supposed to call us the day before and they did not. I don't know how scheduled out pick up on a Sunday at 8am, but we did not. As a result we were unable to pick up the truck until an hour after we arrived. Ridiculous.

linda bI confirmed my drop off location in Lebanon, IN upon confirming my Uhaul trailer rental a week before my departure. When I left Richmond, IN on Friday afternoon, Uhaul Corporate called me and attempted to tell me the Lebanon, IN Uhaul Facility (my agreed upon drop-off location) was at capacity. They instructed me to drop off the trailer in Indianapolis, IN (an additional 40+ miles and over an hour round trip away). I was very frustrated they allowed me to confirm a location and then reneged on that location as my drop off. I pressed them to compensate me for the additional mileage with my personal vehicle, and they offered a measly $20 for what would end up being nearly $10 in gas money alone. When I asked for fair compensation, they put me on hold to discuss with someone else. After the hold I was told very shortly that I would not receive any additional compensation and that I should just drop it off in Lebanon, as agreed upon. This experience left me frustrated that they attempted to make me relocate their equipment for them, as I am neither a Uhaul employee or contractors, for a ridiculous compensation rate. If you find yourself in this situation, push back at the unfair practice they are attempting to do. I want to re-iterate that the staff in both locations were excellent and deserve 5-stars. Uhaul corporate was not and deserves 1-star.

Stephen LI didn't have a great experience with using uhaul. I was supposed to pick up a 26' truck Sunday night from a different location but they didn't have their truck share 24/7 set up correctly. So I couldn't get it. We were on the phone with uhaul for the longest time trying to get a truck or our reservation switched. We tried to pick up a 26' truck Monday morning from this location and the person who dropped it off the day before, didn't leave the keys. I understand it's not the business's fault for that but it still sucked. We ended up renting a 20' and got everything moved in time. Probably won't be using uhaul again. But hopefully won't be moving again.
Brandon Lthe only downside to my experience is the cost. Your mileage rates are too high.

Duane MI was called from Howards about when I was going to return the truck. I explained the situation. They said OK we will update the records. They obviously didn't because I got charged for an extra day, even though I had already paid for a 2 day rental. The price I had already paid should obviously be for a 2 day rental. Look at the cost!!!!!!!
