The location was great my issue is with u haul. I had scheduled a 20 foot truck a month in advance. They called at 5pm the very day before to tell me they didn't have anything for me the young lady eventually hung up on me. After several call backs they were able to find me a 10 footer 30 minutes away. They promised a 50 dollar refund which I never got. After making several trips and what turned into an all day expensive move when it should have just been a one and done. Be careful have a planB

Richard E.Was supposed to have moving blankets. They were not there. Was told, and paperwork said, tank was full when I picked up the truck. It was 3/4 full only. So I had to add 1/4 tani of gas that I did not use.

I waited 25 mins on hold until getting a customer service rep to check me in. I will never use uhaul again. Not to mention, The price made no sense, forced me to book 3 days to drive 200 miles
BRENT M.Battery in truck was completely dead upon pickup at the location. They tried jump starting truck with 2 different jump packs, wouldn't start! Finally it was started with jumper cables and another truck. I left truck running during the whole rental period so i would not get stranded

Kirk H.Tried to use mobile check in and didn't work. Was told when I picked up the next morning that it didn't work all of the time. This was very inconvenient as I live 30 miles and had to make an extra trip. I also had to rearrange my work schedule.
Vicki H.Vehicle had oil change and tire pressure warning lights on. When I called to see about exchanging it I was told I would still be charged for the rental plus a $20 fee to process any changes. It cost less to just let it sit. The 800 number person told me I would be responsible for any damage to the vehicle if I drove it with warning lights on. Very frustrated that I could not complete the task I rented the truck for. These things should be fixed before the truck is given to a customer!

Customer service screwed up but the local staff was nice. U haul will be my last choice instead of first for now on. The people on phones have no empathy.

MARK H.The location isn't the problem. The can of the truck smelled heavily of mildew and mold. There was nothing else available to rent. I got sick from the first day of use. My lungs were damaged by vivid and even with a mask, the mold for me. I called 800 number and was told even if I returned the truck I would be charged the rental, mileage and a $20 convenience fee!!!!! For a truck I could not usr. I now have to pay rent on the old place, the truck rental and the new home fees. Plus I still have to find a way to finish moving. Horrible customer service. I have rented U haul for many years. This was the worst. The store says they have no control over company rulrs. I did list the smell at time of rental too.

Debra U.I think the information about taking photo's when you return the truck, should be explained better and be more specific. Such as going to the site when you pick up the truck or van. Not telling folks to access your site after you have already dropped off the keys in the after hours drop. A more clear and concise explanation would have been helpful, and saved me an extra $20 bucks. Maybe in bold type and outlined in a box. Like I said above, make it know up front when you pick up the truck, what you are expected to do when you return the truck.
