This Dealership has a phenomenal contactless methodology where customers can use the Uhaul app to customize and modify their own reservations according to the availability of the equipment being requested. In addition, there is a drop box system easily located to aid in rental returns at the Augusta Centre Market Plaza. The dealership is using the trend of 20th century app technology that is taught in many academic and business settings. For those who are not technologically savvy, the dealership has patience to educate those who have the time to learn how to navigate their own reservations. A contactless location simply means that the dealership places the rental equipment on a 24/7 truck share program so that customers can customize and modify their own reservations to streamline the reservation process more efficiently and faster. In addition, this dealership team has multiple skillsets and trades in a vast set of industries. This team has a background in Higher education (college). This team derived from; Bachelor’s Degree, Masters Degree's, Doctorate Degrees, Welding Diploma, Maintenance Services and more). The team members in this dealership have extensive backgrounds in the military and have retired service members volunteering to help the existing business. The team also have healthcare provider resources, training in aviation, quality maintenance services, offer college boxes opportunities/resources, offer Uhaul Helper opportunities' to join the Uhaul family networks to become an entrepreneur and have resources for CPL (Credit for Prior Learning), CME (Continuing Medical Education), CEU (Continuing Education Units) in multiple trades and among multiple industries. Hence, the reason for their brand motto/slogan name is “Multiple Trades". Also, this team has academic connections/resources to educate the community within "multiple trades" among 193 countries and are affiliated with 50+ "Million" learners worldwide. This dealership was also awarded one of the "top ranking" dealerships within the Uhaul global network due to our performance and customer service! In retrospect, this team is profound! This team is blessed and will continue to have residual blessings because the team invested their time and resources to aid in helping the community with supply and demand. If they (dealership) do not have the equipment requested during the time of a customers desired want and need (due to availability), the dealership can still offer the customer to be scheduled for another neighboring dealership, apart from their existing business. This is an optional service for that individual dealership to be gracious and have gratitude to provide a conflict resolution to a customer’s desire. For the dealership to take their time and offer a solution for your problem and it does not correspond with their existing business should be appreciated because the company created a business to aid in providing a service to assist and fill the gap to help with supply and demand! Overall, this is a phenomenal business concept to create a business to help people when many people don't have the courage, will-power, desire, patience, and resources to help others.

A bit pricey than I expected, not in terms of the of the day to day rental but in terms of the additional mileage charge. The lack of furniture pads despite having reserve some was somewhat disappointing. Overall the experience was good.

I was thoroughly impressed with the service at this location. Dr. Holland is a true professional who genuinely works with her customers. I personally witnessed her patience, intelligence, and deep knowledge when it comes to handling business operations. What stood out most was her ability to take swift corrective action regarding billing—she makes sure every detail is accurate. It is highly impressive to see such a young lady who is not only a pilot but also runs this trade so efficiently. Excellent!! Awesome!! Phenomenal customer service. The managers/owners are professionals in multiple trades within a massive amount of industries, intelligent, educators, and operate their business with uniqueness. It is imperative to download the Uhaul app. You can customize/manage and modify your reservations as the business requested. If people have the audacity to complain, they need to remember that everything in life is not perfect because humans are not perfect. It is humanistically impossible to control everyones feelings and emotions about every situation in life. It takes courage and good faith efforts to operate a business and there are multifacets of people that love to demeanor peoples companies without understanding everything about a issue or concern. This business is profound and extraordinary. They bless people with an opportunity to rent their trucks to assist people with a solution to a moving and relocation problem. Some people can't fathom openening and operating a Uhaul business and these managers decided to bless people with a conflict resolution to aid in assisting people with a Uhaul to help solve a moving problem. When people post negative comments about people's business it tries to add defamation to the company with just one side of a story. This dealership is blessed and will continue to be blessed because they operate with the spirit of good faith efforts and if they do not have the equipment at the time that you would like, they still help you and make a reservation for you at another location. They go above and beyond and they don't have to. They decided to take their time and help you as a customer because they have access to a supply and demand. They are not going to be disrespected and accept rude or obnoxious people when they are providing a service to help you as a customer. Customers are not always right and that motto is cliché because people are humans and not perfect. The managers provide grace and are willing to help. Customers need to do their part and honor the contract. Businesses do not have to accept you as a customer either. People need to understand this if you are rude and disrespectful and try to rush an employee and not allowing them time to solve your issue due to you needing a Uhaul. Business have full 100% autonomy not to deal with a hostile customer or irrational customer. All money is not good money and this dealership operates with respect and will not accept any negative demeanor. God bless the people who decided to open a business to help others who do not have a business and to those who do not understand how to operate a business. This business is a blessing to many people!

This location is great. I had a terrific experience there and it was superior to the corporate location on Gordon Hwy who tried to scam me into using a truck for only 6 hours and if I didn't have it back by then I would be charged for another day.

My pickup time was 10am and I didn’t leave until 11am after waiting for so long. I always was charged for gas when I dropped the truck off but yet it was below a quarter tank when I got it. I had an issue with the dolly tire coming half way off because poor maintenance and maintenance also need to be done on the truck!! With the tire so bad on the dolly that could have caused an accident with me and my boys towing with the dolly on the back.

I’m done with Uhaul. I served this country for 20 years in the army. I have always used Uhaul for my military moves. This Uhaul purchase was the last for me. I was charged $475, turned it in a day early and Uhaul gets to keep all the money for a one day trip. Then I was insulted when you guys offered a $15 voucher toward my next Uhaul rental. I get it, it’s in the contract/agreement that you guys won’t give a refund if turned in early. But Uhaul should feel bad for taking peoples money like that. I have rented from you guys for the last 30 years. You’d think you guys was take care of loyal and repeat customers. I’m using Penske from now on.
