They are trying to overcharge for rental and adding additional day rental for being late 30 minutes 🙄 The girl was very slow getting the rental started and didn't seem to know what she was doing The checking process was close to any hour I stood there waiting patiently as she learned how to do this from a person on the phone. I was paying my staff (5 guys) by the hour to stand there waiting for the truck. My job was delayed by this process. Then when I go to return the truck the guy says I'm late 1hr despite the place being open and he will be charging me for an extra day. He is blaming Uhaul but I know they don't charge you for an hour late. The hour late was because of the check in in the morning. Now I'm a relatively a calm guy but when this smug young kid was telling me that's how it is and I have rented 10s of thousands worth of trucks. I got a little missed off So I should apologize for my fkn language but I think these people need training and maybe learn something about customer service!! I ended up checking the truck in on the app I wasn't charged an extra day in the app. I will never rent from this location again and everyone I know in the industry will be informed about these deceitful people. I filed acomplaint with uhaul and will be following up with them. I

Kathryn RI booked my unit to pick up on Blackfoot trail which was significantly closer to the location I was moving from. This used up 15 km of the 30 allowed km. I ordered a furniture mover which was not available at this location and getting one would’ve required me to add to the unnecessary mileage.

Scott LIt was a horrible experience. I was told I can return it the a different location without any charge, got the managers approval 2 times before picking up the truck. After 2 days I got a bill for $250 from uhaul so different drop off location which was 12 minutes from the pickup location. I then called uhaul and submitted a case. Using uhaul for last 15+ years and this was the only bad/horrible experience I've had. The location on 19th street need good training from uhaul for there practices and procedures
