No one told me when I signed for the truck that I would need to return it by 9:45 or I would charged an extra thing unless I did something online. My internet has been messing up on my phone and not working half the time and I didn’t even see the text from you all until 10 pm because I was so busy moving. I would like to be refunded that $20 “maintenance” fee for dropping off the keys without signing. Them out online or whatever. Thank you.

Check gas gauge of customers. I put $10 gas for 18 miles used and it still didn’t click off. That means the tank wasn’t full to begin with. The driver seat wouldnt move forward or backward. The desk person kept saying keep track of miles for the amount of gas used. How does a common person know the MPG used if never told. Really wasn’t interested in hearing us. I rather see a receipt and never got one. Look on email. My negative input
