The back door was frozen shut and it took atleast an hour to get it open. We were unable to keep our scheduled drop off time. I hope we are not charged additional money.

RITA D.If a truck with many miles comes in (the first one we checkd out, 20-ft with over 100k miles on it) it is worth checking out in detail that it's safe. The previous customers using that truck obviously did not mention that it was practically unsteerable—very dangerous. Since no trucks of that size were available nearby, Bruce and the team switched it out for us for a new, larger truck at the same price: much appreciated!

Will M.Hub Cap Annie refused to take the boxes for the buy back program as they had not sold them to me. I can't imagine every uhaul someone returns their truck to is the one they got it from. So why would I have to return the boxes to the same facility I purchased them from?

Thomas S.Hubcap Annie did a fine job - it was your website that caused the issues. It took me 45 mins to get the truck I rented because your website wasn't giving me the option to pick up the truck. I called customer service, got hung up on, and then finally got through to someone who did something on your end to push the option come up on my dashboard. Fix your site and the process would be great
Tara N.Yes i am disappointed. I was never refunded 100. I was only refunded 60 dollars. They charged me 40 for being 2.5 hrs late to which i see was not on the contract you just me. The man had me sitting for hours coming up with ways to charge me. Tried to charge me a cleaning for only a piece of a tape and piece of plastic that was on the truck. Tried to charge for not folding the moving blankets. All that was so unnecessary. Im so confused. I would never go them.

Eric J.The sign on the door about conditions to be met prior to completing the drop off, in my opinion, are far too aggressive. You will be fined for leaving the vehicle in the wrong place, you will be fined if you don't use the mobile app for check-in, you will be fined if you don't give us the name of your first born, etc. While the clarity is appreciated, after-hour drops should be more customer centered and less on the business convenience for the vendor.

Yup, exactly! TIRE blew on my trip. Good news is no body got hurt, and the help center took care of me relatively quickly.

james K.My original contract (19878314) was for a 10 ft truck to be picked up at Quality Automotive in Mishawaka on 9/19/22. I received a message the day before asking me to call and confirm. I tried calling twice, on hold for 30 minutes each time, only to be hung up on. The recording informed me my call was important and a representative would be with me shortly. I gave up the second time this happened. Quality Automotive called me the morning of the 19th. She was extremely nice and confirmed my reservation. Once I arrived there she said the 15ft truck was ready for me. I did not reserve a 15ft truck. I reserved a 10ft truck. She contacted Hubcap Annie, canceled this reservation, made me another one for a 10ft truck there. I had to call my husband to come back to pick me up so I could go to Hubcap Annie to get the 10ft truck. The staff at both Automotive Quality and Hubcap Annie were very courteous, helpful and understood my frustration. I was told someone went into my contract and changed the reservation from a 10ft to a 15ft truck without informing me. I received no notice of this and am extremely unhappy and frustrated with the whole situation. I have never had this happen before with Uhaul and I hope it doesn't happen again. I should have been told. The inconvenience of having to go to two different places is unacceptable. It could have been alleviated had I known.
JO ANNE W.My phone did not work for any of the services I need to do I could not download a picture of my license and I could not download any pictures of the truck when I got back it was not functioning my phone worked just fine but through the website I couldn't take any pictures I couldn't scan the barcode to tell them that I was in front of their building it was just ridiculous
