So easily handled. I drove in an no sooner was out of the car and was given prompt attention. Equipment thoroughly inspected and I could see that the return record was promptly posted so that my rental was complete.

This location is the only location I’ve used that charged 200 deposit and overcharge customers considering the fact the truck I rented ran out more gas then any other U-Haul truck I’ve used in the past I definitely would not recommend this location to anyone ever unless you wanna get overcharged and a run down U-Haul.

Make sure wiper blades aren't junk. It's hard to see when they can't clean the windshield. That's a maintenance items. Otherwise, all was good.

Have truck full of fuel it was on a quarter tank and had to bring back on a quarter tank. How’s someone suppose to pump in a quarter tank of gas. If it full when I get it. Easy to pump to full when returning

Great customer service, they opened right on time and had a nice and neat location. The only improvement that I'd like to see is a jack on the 6' x 12' trailer as the weight of getting it off of the hitch ball can be problematic.

The truck advertised - two 12 volt outlets. Unfortunately, neither one was operational. Really disappointing to drive 750 miles with no way to recharge a phone. It also took me the better part of 20 minutes to wipe down the contact points in the cab. It was filthy dirty.

The key was a little hard to access underneath the steering wheel to remove it from the lock.

Everything went well except for returning the truck. The Uhaul app was not responsive, repeatedly got hung up trying to upload pictures, and made the check in process longer, more frustrating, and more complicated than the old process of literally just dropping the keys and some paperwork in a box. Who decided that this would improve the customer experience? It makes no sense.

Tildi was Awesome at Hubcap Annie's. Her smile greeted us. She knew what she was doing. She was very friendly and brings her A game. The 10ft truck was perfect with a full tank of gas and very clean. She is a true GEM at hubcap annie's. Also when I arrived back in Fort Wayne at the U Haul full service center on coldwater rd. I was greeted by Brad who was friendly with a smile and a easy check in and drop off. A total seamless transaction start to finish.

We dropped the equipment off when closed. Called the next day to check. Whoever answered was rude unhelpful and condescending. I wouldn’t employ him. The location is just bad!

I recently rented a U-Haul trailer from Hub Cap Annie, and the experience was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. A special shoutout to the lady working the counter—it was her first day but she knocked it out of the park, handling everything with such professionalism and ease. The team was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable, making sure I had all the information I needed for a smooth rental experience. The trailer was in perfect condition, and the entire process, from start to finish, was seamless. Hub Cap Annie truly sets the bar high for customer service. I can't recommend them enough for U-Haul rentals or any other services they provide.

Great people great location, but the people from the main location of uhaul doesn’t listen worth a crap they called asking if I dropped off the trailer and I told them I dropped it off before the allotted time but they put in the wrong time charging my account for a second day and messed my account all up. now I have to wait for a couple days to get my refund.

Unfortunately my drop off was not logged in as being picked up and returned the same day. I received a bill charging me for a 2nd day. I returned to Hub Cap Annie and the mistake was corrected. Need to login returns the same day returned to eliminate being charged for an extra days use.

Didn't go during business hours. It wasn't real clear what to do with the keys. The guy who called, was nice thougg.

I came across the country and needed every minute of time to get here and unloaded. There was a time change of 2 hours so I was robbed that two hours and charged extra. I reached out with no response from the people who initiated it. In addition They don’t help me offload the trailer as they should have as there is no hitch jack and I threw my back out because of this.

Was originally to pick up a trailer from an another location after showing up on time had to wait 1/2 while waiting on another customer with an issue in there charge to account. Then when all said and done the lady at counter ask my name and once I told her my name, she looked me up and said that she didn’t have my trailer for the day and I told Ryan needed a trailer so she called her manager and said it was one available at hubcap and Mishawaka so I went to hubcap Annie when I got there, the building was closed, fortunately found somebody in the back that was working and he said he didn’t work on Sundays. Don’t know why they were sent to him, but he ended up helping me out thankful for him. I got what I needed to get home upon the business and let me know that wasn’t available at the other location. I lost 2 1/2 hours in this ordeal and most likely will not ever rent from U-Haul again .
