This is the worse little uhaul company I have ever experienced. They were last minute and the Uhaul company reach out to me to find a replacement due to equipment not being available with the first option, other company I used in the past. I will never ever recommend anyone to use this company. I received a dirty truck with animal fur on everything mud all on the floors, a bad smell inside the truck. The gas was not on full, it was nearly on half and I was charged an additional $18 and later found out they tried to charge me an additional $100 which the dispute is still ongoing. I called the office and the lady had a nasty attitude, I explained I have paid these people already and they still trying to pull from my account, I submitted pictures of the condition of the truck and gas gauge to prove I put gas in and no response from these ignorant people. Don’t waste your time or money renting nasty unclean trucks and for these people to scam you out of additional money. I would never do business with these people and I hope Uhaul pulls their contract given all these bad reviews.

The lady working inside was rude. I had ordered a truck and dolly and the dolly was missing at the time of pickup. Customer service advised me to speak to the person at the shop upon returning the truck. I went inside and asked the woman who was present if she was the person to speak to and she asked if I wanted to rent a truck. But as soon as I mentioned the situation and how U-Haul told me to speak to the location about a refund her demeanor changed and she told me to call U-Haul. Prior to all this happening my husband had gone inside and asked if he could discard a couple boxes in the dumpster out front and the person inside told him yes. A younger boy came out and told him he would break the boxes down for him and to have a good day. My husband stayed and they both broke the boxes down. But as we were leaving the rude lady was staring at my husband, scolding the boy, and then yelling something at our car. Bottom line I don’t recommend this location. No need to deal with hostile rude people especially if you’re being polite to them.

LLOYD HThe key wasn’t in the lock box and I had to wait for the employee to come and get it. They didn’t have the appliance dolly or bags ready. Then I figured out later that the appliance dolly they gave me was broken.
DORINDA BWhile they were nice, they did not know what they were doing. First they could not access the computer to process my order so they had to call someone on the phone to process it. Second, they did not have the utility dolly I ordered for my one way trip. It is really hard to fill a 20 ft truck with out the benefit of a dolly. They could not direct me to a location that would provide a replacement, just saying drive to one and ask. I did that and had to wait while the second location worked with a different customer renting a storage unit. I sat there 20 minutes only to be told they were a satellite location and did not have access to adding to an order and they could not rent a dolly to go one way. Very frustrating.

SHERRY LThe pick up location was at a dog kenal. It smelled like dog feces, and I had to wait because the owner was on the phone for at least 10 minors befit he even acknowledged I was there.
JONATHAN TWhile the gentleman and his family here was great and new to the business of U-Haul, we unfortunately were given a vehicle that did not have its coolant refilled. Our vehicle's AC kept going out while on a drive to the south and with the summer heat it made us have to roll down our windows while going 75 MPH just to not get cooked alive inside our vehicle. Otherwise the place itself was well maintained and clean, out of the way from the roads but easy to get back onto.
