They sent us off with a trailer they acknowledged had a screw in tire. They told us to go to the next town an get it fixed. This was way out of our way. They said they would call ahead and did not.Mark M.

Only needed the trailer for 2 hours max to start. Had to pay full day rent on it. Did not make sense. Start of the Problems: Trailer had zero inspection. Lights that did not work. Mismatched tires. Had a Bia-ply tire that blew on it within 2 miles of loading trailer. Had to wait 3 hours for a service truck to come change the tire. The U-Haul site in Redmond is so tightly packed in that its hard to get things out without damaging another trailer or vehicle. Was not impressed with my experience. I would like rent back do to all the issues I had. A couple hour rent for a full day charge that took all day due to problems with the days rental. Very trashy location, No store front, very hard to locate someone to help. First comments where "Where do you expect me to park that thing." He complained that U Haul doesn't know what the hell they are doing. Had to park truck in neighbors parking lot with being told to just leave the keys on the seat. Would never recommend that location to anyone to rent or drop off.Troy K.

My app said to leave key in drop box. I walked around what looked like a junk yard in the dark and then a man came walking out of a camp trailer asking what I was doing. I stated I was looking for the drop box and he said, â€œthere is no drop box, I work 24/7â€. It was very weird and I felt awkward handing over the key to a random guy who wasn't even friendly.Monica C.

The U-Haul representative of this location was very friendly and personable. I'd recommend though, that everyone wear a mask during the pandemic, especially while indoors in close proximity to others. I wore mine. Just basic consideration for others. No skin off my back, and my freedoms remain fully intact while I wore my mask. Please make sure windows and mirrors are clean. Windows and mirrors were a bit dirty and I cleaned them myself. I would use U-Haul again anyway, because the truck ran and handled well and was big enough to hold all of our stuff.RAYMOND C.

When we picked up the uhaul the man at the counter was a bit rude, I called the day before and spoke with Terri to let her know we may be there between 10-11am she said no problem. But once we got there the man made it a problem. His rudeness was not needed.MARLENE M.

Originally booked a truck at another location for the day but when I arrived the building was closed and only a note to say call 1800uhaul. Uhaul sent me somewhere else to get a different size vehicle. I'm still waiting for the $50 credit for my "reservation guarantee" but otherwise it turned out just fine.RIO J.
The man/agent at the location I picked up the truck at is absolutely not right in the head. We opened the back of the truck to look inside it was dirty with blankets and he said wow look at that you get extras. I told him I wanted what I paid for. He told me to grab whatever I needed, I took the cart I rented and two furniture movers nothing else as was told to do. He looked in as we were leaving and said the blanket that was laid out flat was wet and to throw it out??? We did not need any blankets and all were returned. I recorded this transaction do to the bizarre behavior of this agent and the location. I returned the truck December 16 and was charged dec 24 for miles I didn't use and damages that are imaginary and fuel that was not needed! I would like someone to call me, I tried calling the agents location but he doesn't aNswer. I would like to make a point that I have received amazing help from U-Haul in Eugene oregon dealing with this mess.BRUCE T.

Everything was fine when we put car on dolly,but when stopped for gas all was fine again. When we stopped for the night one of the straps was totally off the wheel!!! Fix it neXT day when stopped for gas all was fine. When got home the other strap was totally off again!!! STRAPS are too SHORT!!!DARLENE M.

First off, for whatever reason it was difficult to find. Once found, it kind of reminded me of a junkyard as to location. Many of the units are simply parked in the street against the fence. I never did go inside to see where the trucks, etc. were kept. A woman met me at the gate and we left the unit as directed. She, however, was helpful. In general, this place just needs a makeover.Ron H.

The guy checking me in told me in order to shorten the hookup chain length so it will not drag on the ground is to rotate the chain clockwise to bunch it up and shorten it. Good tip!Edward H.

Truck box was ok Truck interior floor and seats were ok Truck dash windows and mirrors were an absolute mess. When I got home I had to clean the windows mirrors twice just to see out. Outside of the truck needed a good bath I did not go back or say anything because I trully thought it was my responsibility to clean the truck. I was told by.
