No complaints. Everything went well. We were concerned when we returned the truck and the gates were closed and no one was around but key drop off was easy. Got a later message that we were charged for our 2 days and only the 87 miles instead of the 150 that we predicted when we picked up the truck. Easy and honest. Thanks UHAUL.

Nancy FI had a Uhaul for 7 days and talked with Uhaul on the phone to extend my rental and thought everything is fine and then I get a call from the Uhaul I rented from immediately being threatened with jail and charges for not returning the Uhaul which is a very unprofessional and awful experience I kid you not the first thing I hear when I answer my phone is some drug addict screaming that I’m gonna go to jail if I don’t bring it in not hey this is Uhaul what’s going on you had a return time or what not nothing like that immediate threats and escalation very unprofessional awful

Barbara CSeverly disappointed with the service I received at this U-Haul location. I arrived slightly late, and the staff member called me in an unprofessional manner, asking, "Are you awake?". Throughout our interaction, he frequently commented on my tardiness, which I found unnecessary and unprofessional. In preparing for a multi-state move, the stress already was compounding even before this interaction. Upon my arrival, the staff member began discussing his health issues. While I understand and sympathize with his situation, this conversation was not appropriate for the workplace and significantly delayed the transaction. Additionally, the tablet he was using was malfunctioning, requiring us to repeatedly enter information on the website, which added to the stress of the situation. His inappropriate jokes and inability to efficiently use the tablet made the entire interaction very stressful. I would actively avoid doing business at this location in the future. Moreover, the premises appeared unsafe, with dogs roaming freely and a junkyard-like environment.

Tyron NSpent 4 hrs on the phone with U-Haul. Confirmed twice. I arrive for pickup and truck was out of gas. Spent another hr. On the phone with U-Haul to find another location with one way availability and U-Haul lady Found one 50 miles away. I had to drive my truck to said location, not planned and 100 miles round trip. 80$ in gas. Had people I hired sitting around for 2 hrs. Paid them for it. Arrived in Redmond and he didn’t have the truck. Waiting another hr. To find another location but luckily, another truck showed up a day early. It cost me an extra four hours of work. 200$ extra for laborers and gas.. the stress and anxiety was over the top. The unprofessionalism was astonishing.

Janie MThis is an *extremely* bare-bones operation. It's basically an old beat up trailer in an industrial barb-wire fenced yard near a freeway, with warning signs and seeming junk lying around, and the atmosphere is almost that of a Grand Theft Auto video game. Nothing there looks "new". So from a visual point of view the location is a little scary, and I'm sure some people would feel kind of uncomfortable simply going there. However, actually picking up and returning the truck was pretty quick and easy. So, I rate the *location* very poorly, but the service and equipment was actually pretty decent.

Like in a confirming way, he joked “so you need it for 100 days? *wait for confirmation* oh, haha that period throws me off and I don’t have my glasses”, or when confirming the price, “six thousand dollars”, *sixty?*, oh that decimal it’s hard to see haha”, “…okay, i see here you’re getting a dolly, I don’t have any dollies..”, after I say it’s ok I can deal without it I go check, there is a dolly in the truck. Ugh. When I got there he gave me shit about being “late”, I was there after my stated rental time but who cares. I will drive 30 minutes to avoid going to this location.

Don MThe man at the location is not coherent is obliviously not aware why you are there. The place looks like a junk yard with broken stuff all over the place. Gives you the feeling your going to either get a broken truck or have your money stolen. Was overcharged had to call corproate handled quickly and proffessionally by the area manager. The truck pulled to the right badly and felt like it was going to break any second. When trying to return the truck at 3:45pm on a week day the place was all locked up with gaurd dogs, no one around. Not a place that should be in the business of working with the public.

Joshua KWhen we dropped off the truck during regular business hours tge gate was closed. A boy came out and said his mother was the only one that can check the truck in and she wasn’t there and he didn’t know when she would be back and to just leave it with keys in it, which we did but I was really nervous to do that, what if the truck got stolen but we leaved 30 minutes away and didn’t have time to drive home and drive back again. Luckily the truck got checked back in ok.

curt dThis location again WAS NOT where I was originally scheduled to do the drop off. There was no clear signage at the location where to drop off the vehicle. When I called on Saturday morning, December 31, to arrange drop off, my call was not returned until Monday, January 2, at 11 am. The gentleman at the "office" merely told me where to park it and leave the keys in the cupholder, but I essentially had to self-return the vehicle through the UHaul app.

Anthony LI had a truck reserved for pickup at 9 am, but I wasn’t able to actually take it until 9:45 because the person running the “office” was so far behind schedule. He also has very aggressive German Shepard guard dogs that made several people uneasy. He spent more time talking about his health issues than helping customers. To his credit, the box truck was in excellent condition. I would not recommend this location to a friend unless it was the only option available, due to poor customer service and potentially a dangerous environment if they didn’t read the signs about the gates.

DAVID BI walked up to a closed gate to be greeted by barking dogs. There was some signage to the right of the gate but someone walked to the gate before i read it all. I handed the keys to them through the closed gate and they said the receipt would be emailed to me. Unfortunately this was the best experience i have had returning trucks recently, but no i would not recommend to a friend, and it was not inviting.
