The employee at this center was not customer friendly and was not helpful, and made no effort to make a visual inspection of the truck at the time of drop off. Within an hour of returning the rental truck, they charged our card an additional $54 for an extra days rental when, in fact, the truck was returned approximately 12 hours prior to the deadline. We called and questioned their reasoning for the additional charge and they indicated we would need to call customer support with our request for a refund. I called Dwayne at the Madras Stay Center LLC, and he indicated he would make the necessary contact for us and have our money refunded. The Hunt Watch Rental place was horribly inefficient and the employee was lazy! Definitely did not represent your company well.Michael H.

I had to drop off the trailer at a different location than what was on my paper work (Storage Central LLC.). The employee at the new location was very helpful even though he was off work. He didn't physically help but was a very nice person. Didn't receive update on new location until I had already dropped it off.SHERWIN B.

Give clean equipment that was not old and falling apart especially 2 women traveling alone from Oregon to Texas! There were breakdown issues because of the old equipment. An old pc of equipment was sent to get rid of because it was a one way rental. Disgusting to say the least. I will not use Uhaul again.Joan S.

I made reservations for a Auto Transport at Storage Central in Redmond Ore. I called numerous times to confirm the reservation. I left messages to confirm and my number to call if any problems. I was never called. I assumed everything was good to go. After driving 5 1/2 hours to pickup the transport. There wasn't a reservation or a transport. Luckily I able to go to the Uhaul at 205 SE Railroad Blvd. They had one thank the lord! I was able to pickup the classic car I purchased and take it home to Auburn WA. I was not happy with the Storage Central LLC. I would not recommend that location to anyone!Jeff K.

We rented the 26ft moving truck. The truck was very clean and comfortable inside which made the long 10hr drive a lot more enjoyable. Chris the owner was very polite and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for our trip to California and back. The agent at drop off location was not wearing a uniform. He did not want our paper work from the pick-up location. That paperwork showed we picked up the truck with only a half tank of gas. I turned it in 3/4 full. That's more than it had when I picked it up. However, the drop off location charged me to fill it full. They ripped me off! I'm still trying to get my money back they took from me. Horrible way to do business.Dana D.

We returned 2 trailers and a 26' truck to this location on a Monday. We were charged for fuel even though we left the same amount of fuel in it as we received. On Tuesday I called the location because of the fuel issue and because we did not receive a return receipt for one of the trailers, the manager said he would take care of it. On Wednesday I received a call from a different location asking if we returned the trailer because it showed not returned. I let that person know that we did and to please call the location to confirm. I didn't hear back so I called her back to confirm. She said manager told her he would get it checked in. As of today, Thursday, I still have not received my receipt that the trailer was returned. We are very unhappy with our experience.Rex J.
