This location is great. I rent a truck about 6 times a year. Always friendly, and easy to work with.

When we dropped off the truck during regular business hours tge gate was closed. A boy came out and said his mother was the only one that can check the truck in and she wasn’t there and he didn’t know when she would be back and to just leave it with keys in it, which we did but I was really nervous to do that, what if the truck got stolen but we leaved 30 minutes away and didn’t have time to drive home and drive back again. Luckily the truck got checked back in ok.

This location again WAS NOT where I was originally scheduled to do the drop off. There was no clear signage at the location where to drop off the vehicle. When I called on Saturday morning, December 31, to arrange drop off, my call was not returned until Monday, January 2, at 11 am. The gentleman at the "office" merely told me where to park it and leave the keys in the cupholder, but I essentially had to self-return the vehicle through the UHaul app.

The man running it is horrible, and rude, very extremely rude. It is not clearly set up.he is not presentable. The property is a mess, dogs barking, and filthy. The office is dirty.

I had a truck reserved for pickup at 9 am, but I wasn’t able to actually take it until 9:45 because the person running the “office” was so far behind schedule. He also has very aggressive German Shepard guard dogs that made several people uneasy. He spent more time talking about his health issues than helping customers. To his credit, the box truck was in excellent condition. I would not recommend this location to a friend unless it was the only option available, due to poor customer service and potentially a dangerous environment if they didn’t read the signs about the gates.

I walked up to a closed gate to be greeted by barking dogs. There was some signage to the right of the gate but someone walked to the gate before i read it all. I handed the keys to them through the closed gate and they said the receipt would be emailed to me. Unfortunately this was the best experience i have had returning trucks recently, but no i would not recommend to a friend, and it was not inviting.

The location was very sketchy. The isn't an office, the person came out of a broken down rv and the transaction was all done outside. We didn't feel safe.

The truck was great the service on the phone setting up and the payment was perfect. The facility where we picked up the 3 trucks was horrible. I would not go into the location by myself it was not at all prefetioanl, there was a big dog barking at me, I felt so unsafe, it was filthy, and looked like a homeless camp.. It was scary, I told the lady that brought me not to leave or let me out of her sight. It was horrible. I will not go back to that place for anything. Everything else was EXCELLENT

At this point I've been charged $90 for fuel but we returned the truck with a full tank...not sure how that happened but seems very shady. The dropoff location was a dump--the office was a tiny shack that looked like it would topple over any second--I had a feeling I would get ripped off by them and that's exactly what happened. I've emailed an inquiry about the bogus charge with no response.

Terri gave us hints to take a photo of the mileage at the time of delivery for just a check to remember when we get the final papers and invoice! She was very quick to check us in for our returned vehicle. There was no room to part, so Terri came out to the vehicle.

Very disappointed with the movers we hired off of the Uhaul site. They were late showing up. Very slow and didn’t stack item’s correctly so they had to make 2 trips which cost us an extra $210.00. I would not recommend them and think UHaul should consider taking them off their site as well.

I just wanted to know why I was charged a fuel fee of $44.10 when I returned the truck with more fuel then I left with other than that everything was good

Was told in the office the truck had little over half tank , but it was a little over 1/4 tank, so went back and we readjust the paperwork. Amounted to a $50 difference. The mileage was entered in wrong, which showed up when I return the truck to its destination. That took 45 minutes to figure out and wasn’t the correct destination I wanted to return the truck to.

The woman who helped me was extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone else. When I wanted to use a different credit card than what was on the reservation there was no problem. everything went very smoothly

We were instructed by Uhaul when we made the reservation to drop off the truck in Redmond, OR at a location on 25th. When we arrived we learned that this location was no longer associated with Uhaul and would not allow us to drop off the vehicle. We made several phone calls and after long wait times on hold we were re-routed to the Hunt location for drop off. Uhaul should have updated systems with current information. (The Redmond, OR 25th location is still showing as an active Uhaul provider.) The Hunt location, although helpful and accommodating, looks like a gated impound auto yard along the RR tracks with a fierce German Shepherd guard dog.

Speed up pickup process. Initial odometer reading was off by at least 50 miles. Truck brakes were really spongy and not responsive. Got charged an extra $20 at pickup more than the total on my reservation. Truck I reserved wasn't ready so I was sent to different location way out of my way. They upgraded my truck from 10 to 15 ft which I didn't need and ended up paying more for gas as a result.

There were U-Haul trucks all up and down the street and it was unclear where we should drop it off. A man came out to assist us who was helpful but I was a little worried until I got the confirming email that the truck had been checked in properly,

The truck was really dusty and dirty inside the cab. It smelled like grease, therefore my wife had to wash all her clothes after driving it. The windshield was covered in dirt and bird poop. We had to drive out of our way to find a place where we could stop and wash the windshield before continuing on. Upon arriving to pick up the truck, we could find no employees so we had to stand and holler hello several times before finally being helped. The employees seemed to be in a rush to get us out of the facility, as she left right after we did. The truck was parked very close to another vehicle, it was almost impossible to get in the door without bumping the car next to it. To state that I would never recommend anyone renting a U-Haul truck and picking up from this location is actually an understatement .

Have an actual parking are. That being said Chris is wonderful to work with! I don’t know if he owned the U-Haul or just oversees the yard, but he is very professional and funny. I drove to the San Francisco Bay Area and back to complete my relocation to Oregon after retirement. I would recommend this “ Pick up & Drop Off” point for renting a clean, so easy to drive, comfortable truck! Debb A very happy and satisfied customer 🐮

First the mailbox was full so could not leave a message. I was held up and needed to either extend the truck rental for 1 more day or rent a van for 1 day. No one answered the phone so I needed to drive to the location. The guy said that there would probably be no charge for another day. When I took it back I got charged $50 for another day rental. It was still better that nothing but kind of disappointing.

The guy there was very rude, we walked into his office and he lets out this big burp. Was just not a very good experience. I thought the truck was very expensive for two days I did go 257 miles it cost me $385 plus $75 in gas.
