I have rented from uhaul about a dozen times and I always love the experience! I'm good at driving the trucks by now . They are affordable, friendly, clean, and well maintained.

Lisa A.The time slot for the reservation offered online was before the pickup location was open. It was also listed as a mobile pickup location but ended up being a manual pickup location. We ended up getting the U-HAUL a full hour after the time we had scheduled.

JOHN S.Arrived with no clear markers as to where to go, and the business name listed on Uhaul was different from the business name on the building, even Google told us that Hurst Design is permanently closed. Arrived after business hours to pickup a truck share 24/7 vehicle, but the pickup was not working. I called Uhaul to be routed to another number, and then put in for a callback that initially stated 30-40 minutes. I called the local business number listed on Uhaul, to be greeted by an incredibly rude guy who stated "I don't even know who you are". His statement was correct, but if someone is to represent a national chain business, I would have expected a bit more respect and understanding, especially after us having to drive 45 minutes out of our way due to our initial reservation being force-moved which added more miles I had to pay an overage for. The business owner was unhelpful, disrespectful, and overall rude.

Pauletta S.Well I put good on this just so I don't throw him under the bus. But I did not enjoy my uhaul experience all that much. The guy didn't do a walk around of the truck and so there was a big ass hole on the side by the exhaust and the place I dropped it off to is saying I did it. But it was there before I got in the truck. And now I don't know who or how I will get my $100 cash deposit. The place I dropped it off was not what was on my paperwork so I am still out an extra $100 just cause I used cash. I hope these issues get resolved and I know it ain't the guy who rented the truck to me who is at fault but I am just not happy

Aaron V.Arrived during business hours but no one was available to help. Only the manager can deal with uhaul returns/rentals. The manager was away at lunch and none of the employees knew if he would/when he would be back. No one would call to verify with the manager either. They are remodeling the business as well.
