jason vENSURE A RESERVATION WHEN SOMEONE MAKES ONE FOR THE TRUCK/EQUIPMENT AND LOCATION SELECTED!! The most frustrating thing about this whole experience was not having a the truck we selected at the location we selected. We didn't receiving a call about our rental the day before (Friday) by 5:00pm. Thankfully I remembered and called myself to be told there was not a truck for us at the location .3 miles from our house and they would have to find one. The closest they could get was 30 minutes away which turned out to not be true because the girl double booked the truck. We received a call from the new location Saturday morning that they didn't have a truck for us as we were about to go pick it up. They called us back and said they found one so we were able to get a truck from that same location 30 minutes away. This hour long detour ended up making us have to back track the day after our move because it caused us to get to our new house so late on Saturday night.This is just an added stressor in already stressful time. Moving is hard, exhausting, expensive, and taxing. Uhaul makes it WORSE by gambling with your time and money. Uhaul should GUARANTEE a the selected equipment when a reservation is made. We will look harder at other companies for our next move to avoid this hassle and let down.

Steve RRight taillight out. Noticed it on pickup. Asked woman to note it on my contract. She refused, saying it was recorded on the account. Drivers side ratchet very stiff; needs lubrication.
