The place reeked of marijuana. I felt the staff was under-trained, calling management several times before finding themselves unable to fix a simple billing error. I ended up having to leave the place smelling like pot, over-paying for my rental, and fighting the billing error myself, on Monday. It’s frustrating to pay a $19.95 rental, have it for 5 hours, put on 31 miles and run up a bill of $80. I’ve rented quite a few times from U-Haul and I will not rent from this location, again.
