Thankfully, I called my local U-Haul rental place, as no one told us the drop off place was closed on Sunday. We had to get back to Portland, so needed to leave U-Haul in Sweet Home. I was given the “travel” help line. The gal Ashley, was extremely helpful. Helped us all along & told me to take pictures and just leave the trailer. I was extremely worried someone may take it, but the next day we called and was confirmed the trailer was checked in with no problem. If I might suggest, have the phone number for the support line on a sticker placed on the dash? So others will have that # to refer to, if the lot is closed.

The check in app is tedious, and almost frustrating enough to not use Uhaul. It requests items multiple times and there is a long lag time, as to how it's time saving I have no clue but definitely needs to be more user friendly or bring the people back into the equation. NOT all of us need constant disconnect. Definitely considering other options next time I did not like your app.

The truck was twice as big but it worked out. Just took more gas but, it was clean and ready.. Good guys! U-Haul can streamline charges and make them consistent across the board. You can see that Lebanon the week prior ripped me off and charged me twice as much as todays rental and I was doing exactly the same thing!

My uhaul had a check engine light from the moment I picked it up which was concerning as it probably affect fuel efficiency and gave me anxiety as I wasn’t sure it was going to break down. I also didn’t like how I had to drive out an hour to recurve my vehicle. I welcomed the discounts the person offered me but I don’t think it was sufficient for the circumstances

They had no idea what to do. Also google seems you to the wrong location. I called he didn't seem to know where to direct us. Finally he gave us the adress and we got there but he had no idea of what to do

The steering wheel was not a line properly and the Ford emblem was facing at 11 o’clock. Typically in vehicles this means the alignments off. This also allows a lot of movement in the Steering. And as for this is a very large vehicle it affects being able to drive it smoothly.
