I think that when you tell them a date you are coming they should be calling you two days before that date to try to set it up. When you do go in they need to be respectful because I was still working my job and they called me again to set it up. They gave me alots of days but I really none seen the paperwork and he sign my name on the paperwork which I don’t think is legal. The place we took it back to was great.
