SHERI BThis location is my favorite location to go to. I don't care how far away from them I am living, I will always go to them to rent a trailer or truck from. I would rather get a different sized trailer or truck if they didn't have the size I wanted, than to go to a different location that had the size I wanted.

Patrick HIt was a 24 hour drop off but the facility was fenced and locked and you needed a code to open the gate to get in to drop it off. It said to use the app but the cell phone service was terrible and wouldn’t load the app

DENNY MAfter reviewing the web site to see trailers, I called and asked for a 4x7 trailer. The person corrected me twice and said 4X8. I assumed they knew better. I drove from Boise, Id. to Grand Junction, Co to pick up trailer, load a motorcycle, and was traveling back to Boise. I was prepared with a load ramp, tie straps everything. When I arrived, they started to prepare a enclosed trailer. I corrected them, and stated an open trailer. I even said, Maybe that was the confusion concerning the size of trailer I needed. They had one small one left on the lot, but someone else had reserved it. So they gave me a larger trailer, and charged me for it. At that point I could not debate/argue, as it was all they had left, and at this point I had no other options. If there were other options, companies, I would definitely had used them. I did not feel that this was my mistake, but rather the rental location. I had twice asked for a 4x7. It was their mis-communication. I was even charged the "Extra day rate for the RT $20 per day", as noted on my contract. Once in Boise at the Orchard street location, I attempted to explain it to the young girl at the counter, and was told there was nothing she could do about it. Contract # 79912252

RICHARD EThe drop off location was a gated storage facility. A rep from YOUR company called Monday, 5/30 and I informed her we would drop off later that day. "No problem". The drop off lot was locked and no one answered the local phone. We called uhaul and after a long wait some one answered and put me on hold for > 12minutes. Someone left the storage facility and we were able to breach the gate and leave the trailer. The person that answered never came back on the phone. EXTREMELY bad experience. Would seek any other means of moving after this.

This place gives uhaul a bad reputation and I would advise any inquire to search any other means/option available!! Bottom feeders!

Catherine STire blew on trailer and caught on fire, possibly due to brake calipers not being properly adjusted; spent an entire day waiting along the interstate for roadside assistance to tow the trailer back to the store. The store charged us for an extra day of rental. Have not been successful in attempts to resolve this with the store location.
