A full tank of gas would have been nice. Had to put gas in it before I pulled off.

SHELBY MPersonnel was responsive and informed where to park. Very small gas station and very difficult maneuvering large truck. Informed employee that the truck leaked. Over all very disappointed with my experience with UHaul.
Todd HThe gas tank was on 1/4 of a tank. This doesn’t make any sense since the location is a gas station and they could have easily filled up truck at the station. Instead I was forced to fill up and had to leave the truck at drop of with 3/4 of a tank of gas. This was a waste of my time and my money. I am requesting the amount back in gas expenses,

terence rWe chose this location because they were our only local option for picking up a truck on a Sunday. This worked perfectly for our schedule. We did not need a lot of equipment so we were able to reserve the truck and pick it up within 24 hours. Pick-up and drop off were quick.
Richard VOn return, I left and they charged me an additional $36. So not only was the price false marketing but the experience was horrible. I plan to contact the BBB to complain and I’ll never use UHaul again.
