Sydney HI cannot commend enough Lori at this location. This was not our first choice location due to the distance from our home. However, she did everything she could possibly due to make the change as easy as possible. She is very pleasant, very eager to help and just all around a great person to do business with. The only negative was that the front end of the 20' U-Haul truck was badly out of alignment. I drove over 1,000 miles with the steering wheel turned at least 30 degrees to the left to keep the truck from going right - this is bad for the tires, bad for fuel economy and makes for a long, hard drive over bad roads.

James CI am so glad that U Haul has this service available in Clifton. The manager drove up to this lot as I arrived. The site is not manned so sometimes I have used the online self check in app but this time she was expecting me and helped tremendously, even disconnecting the trailer from my truck and pushing it back into the right parking space. I asked her several questions and her answer was always, "Don't worry. I'll take care of that." Wow, great service!

JAMES MIt appeared that the loading ramp had been replaced and was now significant shorter. This made entering and exiting somewhat dangerous. This is the only problem we had with the entire experience but I believe it is a significant one.

KEN RThere was a note on the door with a phone number but nobody answers it. There is no key drop outside. The woman (Lisa) that did the paperwork was EXTREMELY RUDE!! (To put it nicely) I will not go back there ever!

Coral PThe a/c worked on occasion and a high screeching whine noise was our companion for the trip. Over 1100 miles. Truck pickup was changed so we had to go to another town to pick up and return for the trailer. Drop off was changed from the agreed on location while in route.

marrian pI was running late, as uhaul mess up our reservation and asked us to for 2 hours away from our house to pick up the truck. The lady was rude, even after me multiple times apologizing; gave us a broken down truck, the lights didn’t work but by the time I find out it was too late. If I press the accelerator the AC didn’t work. The engine light came on. And they we had a flat tire on the trailer. This truck should of never been in the road. Horrible do not recommend.

JOANN KLaurie -- not sure on spelling-- was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She had me hooked up and ready to go in about 20 minutes which I appreciated because I was already running behind. The only improvement I could suggest might be some signage out on the road for a little ease of locating her as she is located behind a grocery store.

Dennis BNo one was there, the lady said to just drop off the key in the box. Was later charged for not putting in enough gas but I made sure the gas amount was how I originally received the truck. Plus they charged me a cleaning fee but the truck was clean. I made sure the blankets were folded inside the truck.
