Just a gross mom/pop operation. My unit was never swept out before I started. Lots of droppings swept up. Dirty all around. Rats common by your door. No lights at entrance. Its only there for their personal garbage. You get what you pay for.

Jan S | Overall ExperienceWe had a climate controlled unit rented while we built our house. There was a rat nest in the upper wall of the facility and they chewed up all of our most valuable items. Once the brought the issue to the owner, they didn't do a thing nor offer any type of assistance. The rats chewed the noses off of my husband's deer heads, alligator mount, and duck mount. I wouldn't recommend the facility to anyone. The whole point of putting our items in a climate controlled facility was to keep them secure, free from pest and the weather. But that was not the case.

The ceiling fiberglass insulation and sheathing fell down on our storage items along with substantial water leakage of about 6" inundated our boxes. Moral of the story: get renter's insurance (for this location anyway). Owner's weren't exactly empathetic as much as we rented our unit in good faith.
