The customer service was subpar. The person, who assisted me was inpatient and had a lack of knowledge of fees and charges. I was under the impression when I rented the vehicle, which was for 2 days at a charge of $115 (estimated mileage), that I would would be charged for any additional mileage upon return. I actually had the vehicle for 3 days. When I returned the vehicle I was charged an additional $170+. I did go over the mileage, so I understand the additional charges for the miles; however, upon renting the vehicle I did inform the staff that I had to travel from another town. I went over 121 miles, which 20 miles had already been placed on the vehicle. Mind you, this was told to the staff as well. I had no idea it w

CHARLES THe was rude and condescending. I understand that I needed to prove that I didn’t take the 24 pads that they thought I had ordered. I told them to keep them when I was at the pick up location. When I was dropping the trailer off he was very rude and his tone made me feel like he thought I was capable of losing or stealing the pads. When I told him what had happened he made me call them so he could talk to them as “proof” that I never took them off the property. I also paid extra to have the trailer connected to the vehicle I was borrowing that had a hitch. I have never used a hitch before. The gentleman at the pickup location was very helpful and connected it for me. When I asked the drop off guy if he would please detach it for me he said NO, we don’t do that here. I told him I paid extra for someone to connect and disconnect but he still said no! I would have waived paying for that extra service if I knew I wouldn’t get what I paid for! You need to break ties with this store, they are rude, condescending, and unhelpful! I finally figured out how to disconnect it and it wasn’t difficult but the fact still remains that I paid for a service I did not receive! I will never use Uhaul at that location again nor will I ever even go in that store again!

crystal hBe on same page about closing time. I was told by U-Haul the place closed at 9pm and when I arrived he told me stops dealing with U-Haul customers at 7pm two hours shy of what I was told. So that was the only thing.
antonio gHave clear directions on how to drop off the vehicle. Instead we were met with rudeness because there were no signs so we placed the keys into the drop box and started to leave. The clerk then came out glaring and yelled at my husband as if we should have known what to do when dropping off the vehicle

Jeremy WEmployee was doing it through his cell phone and it was a slow process to get checked in and to pick up the truck. Could not do mobile check in at this location, even though the link said we could. We had to do in person.

SANJAYA PThe person I spoke to was rude, no sign telling where to put trailers or trucks, and told to wait for checking because it was a slow process and when w ask for the return receipt I was told you do not get everything you want! I refuse to drop off at this location ever again!!
LINDA TThe person where I dropped off was so helpful, friendly and made the drop off a very pleasant experience. He even helped me unhook the trailer because it was to heavy for me to lift on my own. I would recommend this drop off location to anyone.
