The rachets were rusty and if I didn’t have some wd40 with me I would have never have been able to load the vehicle

The fellow at S. Cage went above & beyond to be accommodating & understanding. He met us personally at the gate, ushered us to the drop-off spot, and he personally disconnected the trailer. His assistance was greatly appreciated. That's the best service I've had with Uhaul. Your company needs more employees like this young man.
