Truck wasn’t completely fueled from the beginning and when i filled it back to previous level, I was still charged for 2 gal gas.

KEMMEISHA BI'm so glad that Hyltons Market was my drop-off location for my U-Haul 15 foot truck rental. It is a market/gas station so I was able to refuel the truck right there. The parking spot was large and very easy to pull into, which was a relief. I had some trouble checking the truck in using the U-Haul app and the nice employee working there was able to help me. I would return to this U-Haul location any time I need a moving truck! Thank you Hylton's Market!

Drianna BI was missing equipment that I ordered and the truck still had trash in it. Then I was forced to rent the truck for 4 days when I only needed 3 days and was not reimbursed for the early return like the attended at the desk when I picked up the truck said. I have not received any type of compensation for the missing items, or early return. I am very disappointed in the service that was provided.

COLLEEN TI was charged the 69.19 fee for the rent of the vehicle and upon returning the vehicle i was charged another 53.51. So why the double payment, and on top of that you have to put gas in vehicle before you return.so what are all the fee for seem to me the gas fee should be covered in the rental fee
beth rI reserved a dolly. It turns out they don't have them at that location. I would have liked to be informed before we picked up the u-haul.

Paul NEverything was okay. I needed a truck and it was not available. I was given a cargo van. I drove the van 12 miles total and cargo was less than 20lbs. I put $15 in gas and was charged another 10.75. I thought that was quite expensive and would never rent from them again.

Peter CThe process of renting the van was great (other than the issue that I could only use a credit card, instead of a debit card) but the cost was insane. I understand I traveled a decent amount of miles [490] but $400 for two days is outrageous. I like the simple transaction service and would love to use it again, but I'll probably shop around first next time. Also, it seems there was an extra charge added to my last bill .I don't have it in front of me, but I believe it was around $40

Steven VMy drop off location was incorrect, its not suppose to be in Delaware but in Texas instead which it what I had on my recipient at the time of pick up. Maybe have employees double check when it comes to logging into equipment so this mistake won't happen again and make sure the computer systems are right. Lastly, always call the costumer when things are resolved for any situation revolving with equipment or charging to their account without knowing.
Marcela Lpick up was not great. wasnt explained the mileage that cost me an additional $70 wasnt walked around the vehicle. vehicle smelled had to back vehicle out of spot rather than rep get vehicle ready for me! put in to return to not the location i requested.
tom mWas supposed to be a contactless 24/7 pickup scheduled for early morning, got there before store opened for the pick up. (I had already done the pre check in on my phone the night before and the website had confirmed that it was a truck share 24/7 pickup.) when I went to “confirm pickup” once at location I was notified that this was now a in person pickup scheduled for 9am (when the store opened). After going in circles with uhaul as we waited out the 1+ hour for the store to open we found out the truck was not prepared for a truck share 24/7 and we indeed had to wait. 9am rolled around and no one was around to open the store. We waited for an additional 20mins until someone showed up to actually open the store. Was not able to leave with the truck till 10am a full two hours behind our originally planned schedule. Not entirely the stores fault just a whole swarm of miscommunication within the whole uhaul corporation but still: Worst moving day ever.

Sherman WPerson charged me for gas when gas was same 1/4 as when I got it. He did not inform me he was going to charge me. The picture of gas meter says 1/4. But he billed me saying it was 1/8
Charles BThe employees at this location were very friendly and helpful, however U-Haul completely screwed up my reservation! I was supposed to pick up the truck at 7 am through the truck share app, but when I tried to use the app, it said I would have to return at 9am when the shop opened(thank goodness they did actually have sunday hours! We tried for 30 minutes to get someone on the phone from customer service, and finally we were able to chat online with someone who told us that the shop screwed up, not them. ?? Also told us that we were eligible for a $50 refund because we had a guaranteed reservation. Called after a few days to inquire about refund, still has not processed. I don’t know who screwed up our reservation, the shop or UHaul, but needless to say, will NOT be using U-Haul for future rentals.

TRAVIS BHad difficulty with drop box. It wouldn’t recognize email and password. I also think I was misled by customer service at uhaul when I reserved the vehicle. I was told I would receive credit when vehicle was returned early. I only saw 4 day rental when it was only needed for 2 days

jason tI was quoted one price and was charged for two days when I only had the truck for one day! I was suppose to have it from 9-5 but I called to see if I could keep it to 5:30 and the manager said yes! When I got there the employee was having issues with the computer plus she had customers coming in for lottery and scratch off cards so I had to wait till almost 6 pm to get checked out! I am very disappointed with Uhaul and will never use you all again or recommend Uhaul to my colleges.
