This is primary a repair shop, so normal location standard for such. Gentlemen who took my return was very efficient and polite. I was out in 10 minutes. I think he may have stayed open for me. This was a Saturday return in a small border town in Texas and most businesses close by 4pm. Very thankful for the service. Saved me from having to do it on Monday.

I have nothing but good things to say about UHAUL and the trailer we rented. The trailer was in great condition and had wonderful road manners. We made multiple trips to our new house with it and we didn't suffer even one slight problem with it despite some bumpy highways.

Earl GI put that I needed a 10’ truck and originó had a different pickup location to then go to a new location since the one I had chosen didn’t have the 10’ truck just to go to the new one and them not have a 10’ only a 15’ and then I was charged for a 15’ truck and there was gunk in the cup holders and the inside of the back had not been swept for a while. The guy that rented out the truck although he charged me for a 15’ he was helpful when getting the equipment and showed my husband how to attach the hitch for the car trailer

ESTHER GFirstly the contract did not tell us where to drop off the trailer. Had to call Uhaul. Upon arrival, place was closed. Did not answer phone. No instructions as to what to do on site. Called UHaul customer service and was transferred to 7 different people over 50 minutes on the phone. TERRIBLE SERVICE BY UHAUL! Finally left trailer on lot and called UHaul and told them I was no longer responsible for trailer. Would have waited until Monday but contract said to return on 12/28 or there would be an additional charge. What a terrible job not by UHaul!!
David HAir Conditioner was not working. Traveling with windows down for 160 miles, doesn't make for a good ride.
Daniel TFees weren’t charged correctly. Took 25 min when I was the only customer and had checked out online. Didn’t have the furniture dolly and charged me for furniture pads that I didn’t get.

Kendra JMiscommunication between the equipment that was available and what was provided. Prices also did not reflect what was marketed in preliminary reservation or quote. Using the software/website to upload driver's license and update truck towing capabilities at location was a nightmare. Spent 1-1.5 hours trying to complete reservation (when all information had been provided and completed online and prior to going to pickup) and just be able to use equipment - total hassle from making reservation to being able to use equipment. Not satisfied at all with experience
