Drop off was no problem. I tried to log in to the self drop-off program but was unable to do that. The manager at Hi-Tech Automotive was very helpful over the phone. Crescent drop-off lady was very courteous and assisted me with the trailer return procedure. No problem on both the trailer pick-up and the trailer drop-off. I will use U-Haul again as the need arises.
MICHAEL REmployees were friendly and professional. Truck was clean and well maintained.
