No customer service No reason they could not clean the snow of the hood/ windshield . That snow on hood would blow up and blind driver and they were not concerned about that

Meagan WPicking up and dropping off by mobile process was ridiculous and took more than 30 minutes… the app froze causing process to start over, no option to skip uploading photos. All of my information was given when I scheduled the pickup yet I was forced to enter it all again.

Elliott PI was overcharged by 300 miles and had to go in person to deal with it (due to an employee typo). Store was not answering phone calls. Also, the cargo van was full of dried leaves in the back, which I cleaned out before returning out of fear of being charged a cleaning fee. It was a very stressful experience and should have just been an easy transaction.

Iouri DMultiple people were picking up trucks at the same time. This location has staffing 7 days a week which is a big plus. The lady that serviced us seemed stressed but not very pleasant.
Lynn SSupposedly made a reservation evening before. The person didn't seem knowledgeable on bookings. In the end was told I'd recieve an Email for my booking. Nope!! So, called next morning no evidence of reservation. Woman sounded like she didn't believe me. Told her I got text to send photo of license and sent. Must of found it somehow. So.... then was told 15 ft truck just went out only have 10ft. We'll, have to move so, I'll take it. Went to pick it up. She was very snappy, rude. Asked if I would get some kind of compensation as with a 10ft I'd have more trips equals more gas. And just general mistake on their part. Told me the truck was less money than 15 ft. Woohoo! Not. Anyways, she was very short, rude and nasty. Should not be in customer service. Ona good note. The return was wonderful! Not the same Woman. Itwas quick, easy and friendly!! Will I ever get a Uhaul again yes!! Will I go through I thrift again ABSOLOUTELY NOT!!!

Gary ZMinimal staff that are not educated on anything related to U-Haul. Staff fighting over using tablets in front of customers. Ignoring people waiting for U-Haul to take care of store customers. And most of all…Make sure people are aware you will charge them $20 to drop the key in the Dropbox after hours. I’ll stick with a Home Depot Penske truck from now on because of that.
Chelsea BBrought back on time with gas put back to half. Took time stamped picture to verify this. I was charged an additional $15 for fuel. I have never had this issue with any other location I rented from. I have picture to send if you tell me where .

Magda BThe person at this location basically had no idea what they were doing, asked for a dolly, they gave me car dolly, had to switch to normal dolly. For some reason, the time you spend on uHaul website reserving your truck, basically is a waste since you still have to do all of the info, proof, etc.. in store, maybe it was because this person didn't know what they were doing. The vehicle has its own issue at this location. Interior cabin, dirty, smelled like weed, weed clippings all over, join here and joint there all done, basically driving from the uHaul to job site, you got high without smoking a joint. Everything was sticky and dirty. I guess they don't clean these vehicles at this location either. The back, had garbage left over like batteries, nails, screws, not something I'd like to avoid putting large or small items in, so I don't step on one. I give this location poor star, since they should at least clean up or have customers return vehicles clean for next customer to use. I clean it up before use. I don't have a problem with weed but this was hot boxed before I got it. Not how I work and not what I expect from a company like uHaul. Disappointed.
