Original reservation got canceled because the rental shop wasn't prepared- it took over 1-1/2 hours just to complete the rental, partly because the initial reservation had been "automatically" canceled while we were trying to get it completed, and trained staff were not available to conduct the transaction. Trailer was not clean- broken glass on the floor that had to be cleaned up before we could put what we wanted to into it. Terrible ride- I've never had a trailer jerk and bounce like that one did. Loaded it was better. But, it was terrible empty.
