Roy was great in terms of being available. He helped me get and return my keys smoothly. The biggest negative from my experience was the horrific smell in the back of the Uhaul. I don't if the person who hauled before me filled the back up with rotting garbage, but that is what it smelled like. Also, the ramp had stinking sludge on it. Roy's great but someone needs to do a much better job of keeping the Uhaul, especially the back, clean.

I had a reservation several days in advance of my move today. I was told by customer service that the person in charge of my reservation (Roy?) cancelled my blankets, hand truck and furniture mover. The only way to get the items would have required me to drive 20 miles one way to get the items I reserved in advance. Not a very good experience overall.
