Trailer was very dirty inside and out.. Attendant swept it out for me but had to wash it inside before I arrived at pick-up point.

Routine maintenance of trailers which isn't the pick up locations fault, ratchets on auto mover trailer needed to be lubricated to be able to function but worked on the trip. Trailer also had mud/clay all around it

When I picked up the truck there were crumbs in the drink holders and on the floor as well as a cigarette lighter. The vehicle was obviously NOT cleaned from the previous rental & with COVID I was very concerned. I was promised compensation which I did not receive. Very displeased!

We were told our truck had a ramp, it did not. We took it back to swap it and were very rudely told we would have to pay for another truck, and dispute for refund with the original. This would have been a completely lost deal but the original employee we dealt with made it right and arranged for a different truck with a ramp. The other employee should not be working with the public.

location in new smyrna fl below zero .i went in there and there was a women i made arrangemements with for a one way to knoxville TN !!! i came to pick it up 2 days later and she said she had no one way 15 footers she could give to me ( i have the print out of her saying one way 2 days earlier 15 footer) and she treated me bad !! what a bitch! im going to complain to headquarters !!!!!!!!!!!!! I paid 29 dollars for a taxi to edgewater fl for the u haul and at new smyrna fl i was able to walk 2 miles , I EXPECT apology and my money back for my taxi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unbelievably clueless ... returned my one way vehicle a day early and handed keys to person working at drop off ... two days later truck still was not checked in, even though I called two days in a row regarding my receipt but NEVER GOT A CALL FROM THEM OR U-HAUL ... then went to location to have my deposit put back on my card and they apparently lack the technology to enter credit card numbers into computer system ... so have to wait two weeks for a paper check!!! I cannot understand how U-Haul remains in business ... need to use Hertz or Ryder next time !!!

I sat at one and U-Haul spot in Oak Hill Florida for an hour and then the guy didn't know how to work the computer so he said sorry I can't rent it today I went to a different Place down the road in Edgewater rented a car hauler got to Orlando and the tire went flat there was a patch inside the tire and the stem that comes out when they patch it was leaking The tire came off the bed the next day I drop the trailer off at 5 AM and I called the place at 11 AM and let them know I dropped it off he said he was putting it into the computer now and never did I got a text message at 5:50 PM sayingI did not return their equipment

The people at the location were great. The truck was an older truck that smelled of smoke. You could see where someone had laid cigarettes on the console and melted it. The cargo box looked like someone hauled concrete like product in it. Overall a good experience.

More professional peoples, And I bring the truck before and no take any discount, and they charge for the Dolly and I never take was a very but experience with this company a this time, forget put almos lost my car for trailer. Never more I use or recommendation from my part to you company.

When I dropped off the U-Haul the staff informed me that I would be receiving a refund as I overfilled the gas tank. After 7 days I called back as I have not received my refund. I was told to call customer service. I called customer service the 1-800 number I was sent back to the Edgewater location to have a conversation about the refund I was then speaking with the owner who told me he has nothing to do with the refund and the person who originally told me I would get a refund was new. I'm still waiting for a refund to my account that the gas tank should have been filled to 5/8 and I filled it more to 7/8. Was not happy with the runaround. I've tried to call several times in the waiting time is always 20 minutes or more. My phone number is 315-395-6386 I would appreciate my refund. When gas has not been filled up correctly it is very quickly removed from the credit card on file for someone who overfill it would be appreciated to receive the refund

$25.00 to clean the ashtray is a bit extreme. Especially after mopping and sweeping out the entire cargo space. Was never told about the added cleaning fee.
