My only problem was when I arrived the first gate was locked so there wasn’t a way to get into the building. I rung the bell and nobody answered. I had to call the U-Haul customer service for help. Then the guy didn’t speak much English and asked did I know how to use the boxes but I reserve desk pick up so I was confused on that.

amaury mThey lied and stated I returned the vehicle in late and charged me for gas. I only used vehicle for 5 hours, NOT over 24 hours and tank was filled, thank God that I took pictures of tank before leaving, upon return. Those proof of photos got me a refund within hours.

Tamarah GThe first place I went to called fry took equipment was closed with no way to do over night drop off. . The new place was easier to drop off after trying to reach some for over an hour. Honestly, I am very dissatisfied with my whole experience. This is not the first time I used U-Haul, but I can say that the next time I want to move I will take other Companies into consideration. Shape up or lose clients, at this stage of the game your business shouldn’t play it easy ,as competition is coming up
Richard SUpon my arrival the sale person at the North Miami Beach location inform me that my reservation is not at this location. I Had to go to two locations.
