The young lady behind the desk was OUTSTANDING! Had issues with the app but she helped and performed all her task (from checkout, to dealing with a rude costumer on thephone, to checking in when) with a smile.

How about having truck available at the location chosen by customer
RICHARD HYour representative at this location was extremely rude at pickup, during a phone call & at point of return. Unprofessional, disrespectful, without reason. When asked why she was treating me this way her answer was she can do whatever she wants because she's not employed by uhaul. Definitely would not recommend or use this location ever again. I will be placing bad reviews on every platform possible. Do better.

RUSSELL MThe 1-800 go U-Haul number I called and reserved was wonderful the lady who helped me was great then when I went to pick up my U-Haul the next day the lady that helped me was the rudest person I've ever dealt with she didn't want to I had questions she didn't want to answer them she was very rude so give me the key to get to U-Haul she don't even walk out there I walk out there the stuff has got coffee spilled all down the cup holder down onto the floor there's dirt all in the floor there was like paper and stuff under the seat and stuff where no one's ever cleaned it whatever I took the truck anyway I brought it back I cleaned it I swept the floors I did everything I was supposed to and the overall experience I had at this location I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there and rent a U-Haul ever again that was the rudest woman I've ever had to deal with and for no reason at all all I said was good morning how are you and she just looked at me like I was absolutely crazy and said nothing and then got an attitude because of my husband paid at the 1-800 go U-Haul place online and he left to go to work and I went to pick the truck up the lady at the 1-800 number told me that would be fine if I used his card because my credit card was hacked so I didn't have one I had to use his lady at the place gave me a hard time did not want to give me the rental it was ridiculous

Laurie SI would recommend but also tell them you have to leave your car in a parking lot across the street in an area homeless hang out. It is unsafe having to cross a busy road. It is not a safe area.
Darleen HThe website says there are dollies available but they don't have them. Also, the truck didn't have a ramp. We weren't able to put the appliance on the truck. The staff were amazing though!
Pamela RThere was some sort of hydraulic fluid leaking on the driver side floorboard. Which made it more difficult and in my opinion unsafe to drive. When I brought the vehicle back I mentioned it to the person checking me in and she was already aware of the issue!!

The first night I drove it the noise went away after it warmed up and I thought that was all it was, but the next day it wouldn't go away. Was glad to get it returned without incident because it had me nervous the whole time.

Vilma MThe woman TK that handled it all was excellent at trouble shooting and very efficient and patient. She is an asset to U-Haul and should be manager. The cargo van itself had a broken seat lever to advance the seat forward, the window controls worked intermittently and the van had a putrid odor. There was no parking at the facility for customers to leave their cars, so I had to park across the street in a shopping center and walk across a busy street. This office needs to relocate across the street where customers can take care of business and leave their cars while an employee can fetch the vehicle needed from your storage area across the street.
joyce BNo parking allowed for my vehicle. Made me drive across a VERY BUSY road to park and leave my car in a very scary parking lot and then i had to walk back across the intersection and was almost hit. Not happy at all.
Kristi MI had wanted furniture pads for the rental, but they didn't have any. They sell moving supplies, so it would be nice if they had dollies and pads for the moving vans.

TERRY SCargo van was new, but wasn’t clean when I picked it up. I didn’t mind that van was dirty on the outside, but I did mind I had to vacuum the inside and clean the steering wheel. There was a bad odor in the cab that Microban worked fairly well to lessen. Otherwise the location was great. What needs to improve is the U-haul app and website - both are glitchy and slow. When I picked up the cargo van it took an hour before my receipt/ rental agreement was sent by email. Legally I need that paper BEFORE I drive off the lot in case I’m stopped by police or in an accident. I could get a ticket for not having it. I asked the location to send me a copy by email which I immediately received. When I first tried to search and reserve a truck the app kept telling me I didn’t sign in, but I was already signed in. The website after signing I got said I needed to use captcha (but none popped up to use). I was also booted off the site. Before I was through, I had 3 reservations. And no, it wasn’t my internet or phone causing the problems, another phone and computer in another location tried to get through the steps to get a good connection to complete the reservation. Improve that and the response time on email receipts/contracts and I’m sure everyone will notice U-haul efficiency.

KAYLEE GThe truck needed to be aligned. Everything else was okay. Process to get Uhaul could have been easier. Unable to have an unauthorized dealer scan in personal information is inconvenient for party who do not have cell or web access. Representative could be a little more courtesy.

Bonnie BI had a 10am reservation. The attendant didn't open the door until 10:30. The truck was not fueled up. The cargo area was dirty. I had to put gas in, both on the way out AND on the way in. I was charged for another full day; although I was only 30 minutes late. I reserved a dolly, but was not provided one. The manager didn't fix any of my issues.

Mark LShe was the rudest "customer service" person I have had the displeasure to interact with in quite sometime. I recommend better communication, more eye contact and less eye rolls. Paying customers are not inconveniences forced upon you. I will be sure to take my business elsewhere in the future and tell others to do the same.

kASEY FWe ordered with plenty of time in advance furniture blankets and they said they did not have any. This made our moving experience much harder because we could not protect our furniture.
Charles LFire the girl working there. She is very rude. Also, I declined the insurance and was charged for it anyway. When I told the girl this, she informed me I couldn’t take the truck without having the truck added to my own insurance policy. I have never had to do this. I have used Uhaul for many, many years. I’ll never use this location again.

Brian VWhen we reserved we explained we were only hauling a matress and refrigerator and needed small truck. They reserved one 10 times bigger than we needed. Notified them we would be going to our home address and returning to Thomasville. Now getting billed for extra mileage from Uhaul in Thomasville to our home and back to Thomasville. I can no longer trust or recommend U-Haul, and that is unfortunate.

Cheryl RThis was not my preference location. There were two Uhaul locations closer to us. I wasn't sure why we need to drive past those to go here. Also, why were we allowed to enter a preference time? We selected 8:30 because the preference location was open at that time but our actual pick up location didn't open until 9:00 and told us we couldn't pick up until 9:15.
Debra JThe clerk refused to listen to what the first agent had said. She said," That's not the way UHAUL works.. You owe more money." I was not happy with the service and the 19.95 truck appears to be a rip-off.
