Pleasen give better training to the uhaul/Istore manager, located at 2900 N Alexander Dr, Baytown, TX 77521 she is by far the rudest person ever. I ask her for help 2 times because I was having issues checking in and uploading pictures on the uhaul app, everytime I ask her a question she replied with "Oh no we don't do that here, you can do everything online and get the key from the keybox" awful service. Then the truck I got the fuel level needle doesn't move at all while pumping gas unless you put the vehicle on drive and start driving then the fuel needle moves, so that caused for me to fill the thank to full and according to uhaul customer service, supposedly after their Istorage manager is done inspecting the truck I am getting credit for the extra gasoline I pump in their uhaul truck but I doubt it with their poor customer service and unprofessional on-site manager I wouldn't expect anything good from her or even uhaul customer service.

Dropped it off after hours
ELVA MYour app SUCKS. It never told me all I had to do was drop off the keys in the lockbox. I had to sit and wait for the counter person to come back from lunch! Thankfully Megan is super awesome at the Baytown location and helped me a great deal. DO BETTER!
LYNN UThis was the worst experience for picking up and returning I would like a call or an email from some upper management. I believe I should have some credit do for such a horrible experience and caused me to miss a banquet in my deceased husband‘s honor because of the pick up location and all the pick up issues in my process to rent from U-Haul started three weeks prior to needing to make sure. Everything would run smoothly and you sucked

franchia mTruck was picked up from a self-service location. Pickup process via the app went well, but the moving blankets that I ordered were not in the truck and there was a pile of debris (wrapping paper, dirt, broken glass) in the back. Photo was uploaded at the time.
