This location is located inside a gas station. There was only one person working and every time another customer walked into the store, the attendant instructed me to step aside while he helped the other customers. I was interrupted by 6 different customers so they could purchase lottery tickets, beer, soda and candy. My time is valuable and I was not treated like it is. It took 15-20 minutes for my transaction to be completed. If I hadn't been told to wait for other customers it would have taken 5 minutes because I had already provided pictures of my drivers license. I reserved and paid for 12 moving blankets, but was only provided with 5. If my credit card hadn't already been charged before being told to stand aside, I would have left and found a different uhaul location.

Scott CHad to wait too long to get the truck due to this location being inside a gas station where many customers came in to buy things. So the guy at the register had to pause filling things out multiple times so that he could ring up customers. Also, added supplies/equipment were not already packed inside the truck. I had to bring them out to the truck and load them myself.
JUSTIN MCustomer service and the second location was good. I couldn't pickup the truck at my first location. I was also very frustrated with the app experience. It wasn't very intuitive and made the checkout process long and arduous. I had to go through the wizard a few times to just rent the truck and become verified, which made the experience painful - so much so that I may not use Uhaul again
