I was offered a discount to go to this location. Was absolutely not worth it! They dont know what they are doing and honestly never dealt with the U-Haul app and they apparently never had either. Not helpful at all. Took us almost an hour to leave because they couldn’t figure out our reservation. Never going back again. Not only did we not get out in time he changed our drop off time to earlier because we were going to bring it back 30 minutes before they closed. Mind you he didn’t tell me that so when I received a text at 3pm it was an hour before our rental was due back I was pissed because i still had another truck load to do and could have had it done if not for the “minor” change and waste if time trying to get the truck in the first place

Inside the truck was dirty and I documented it and the. When I returned I the questionnaire asks if truck is clean and I responded no then I saw a &25 cleaning charge which I want dispute
hakim oWhen I got the truck, the attendant couldn’t find the keys. The truck had no pads or the utility dolly I ordered. When I went back in, there were blankets everywhere. He said take what you need, and couldn’t find the dolly. Once he did, I had to load everything. Not a good experience. Added 30 minutes to my moving day.

RIGOBERTO VWe were changed from a U-HAUL store location to a gas station pickup. We were unable to do the self pickup and drop off through the app causing us to run 1 hour behind picking up and dropping off. Very poor experience. UHAUL made us switch to the self pickup option without having profile be setup to do so.
Christi LMy pickup time was scheduled for 8:30 AM, but I did not receive the truck until 9:42 AM, which caused a significant delay to our moving schedule. On top of the quoted amount of approximately $392, the representative attempted to require an additional $100 deposit, stating that his computer was not working properly. I specifically chose counter pickup because I did not want to use the mobile app, yet I was forced to call customer service and download the app anyway in order to complete the transaction. I also paid for a dolly, which was not in the truck at pickup. My husband had to return to the location to retrieve it, costing us additional time. After the rental, we were charged an extra $77 with no clear explanation. This experience was frustrating, inefficient, and poorly managed from start to finish.
Brian GInstead of designating a corner store as a drop-off location, I would recommend something more official-appearing.
